When I was kid I loved watching the Addams Family on Nick at Night. I thought Morticia beautiful and so elegant. I always wanted to look like her while my friends wanted to look like Kate Moss or Cindy Crawford. I wore a lot of black back then and even earned the nickname Morticia when I was in high school. I miss those days.
Yvonne DeCarlo (Lily Munster) was also a very beautiful lady. She had been a starlet and appeared in some big box office hits earlier. Years ago some buddies and I had a Lily Munster or Morticia Addams debate, (in the vein of Ginger or Mary Ann). I loved both shows.

The Addams Family was an awesome TV show, and in my opinion was far superior to The Munsters. Carolyn Jones was a big part of why.
