Red mana seems like innately aggressive mechanics, and most of the time it seams that blizzard strays away from that. This being said maybe it's what we need because all the other new cards mechanics always end up being Aggro or just arena fun
What if red mana both damaged your hero and healed your opponent (by a decent amount)? It would shake up the current tempo part of the game. Healing your opponent while gaining powerful minions is almost always going to be for board control and not for agro-face decks, which is something that Blizzard may want to shift to after so much criticism of the last expansion and agro shamen. I am thinking of cards like that 5 mana 6/6 mech that heals opponent for 8 for deathrattle.

Same. When I first started Hearthstone I loved the Pirate voice lines and I tried to make a Pirate themed deck work. Spent on my dust to craft the whole tribe before realizing they didn't have enough support to be competitive. :/ Wish now that they removed the Murloc Warleader's restriction of buffing enemy murloc's that they'd buff the Southsea Captain to buff +2/+1 as well.
Oh and a new mechanic called "Efficiency" should be added it means when you spend a certain amount of mana you do an affect and you can trigger it as many times as possible like an inspire affect. Here's an example. Awakened Yeti 6 Mana 4/5 Efficiency: (3) summon a 2/3 Baby Yeti

Or, if you really insist on a faithful (albeit much less flavourful) translation, shouldn't it be "Choose One: Target hero loses 8 Armor OR Target hero gain 8 Armor.", or something to that effect?
i don't see how this red mana helps control decks though. if anything this just adds on the the tempo heavy meta that the game is already in. we need more cards that act like doomsayer. you don't even want these red mana cards in a late game deck especially in a class like rogue where hp is very precious or even in warrior. sorry fullas but if anything the red mana cards mentioned are just going to make tempo a even bigger deal than it already is.

another point is that your minions all have good mana to health ratio, u might wanna tune down that a little, make a 5 mana for 4/5 health in stead of 6/6, and due to blizzard's way, they'll never make a 5 mana minion more than 5/6 stats due to they never wanna make a card that everyone wanna put into their deck. I believe that's why you have been making juicy minions people like but blizzard never takes your idea
