i recently just got a 2005 chrysler 300 and wires have never been ran through all 3 dash speakers still had the cushions in them , where would the factory wires be located?
You take a 9-volt battery and put the wires on there, when the speaker pops up, that's your positive wire the one that's on the positive 9-volt battery
Yellow stripe negative Dark stripe postive I replaced my speakers on 2007 dodge charger today and had same problems. I also tore off the vinyl door panel stuff like this guy had and put dynamat instead sounds way better
@@bmofilms6760 Okay, yea I did what you said I wired them to whatever wire and it worked, I finished installing the same kicker dash speakers on my 2008 Chrysler 300c Srtdesign 👍🏼
Cool video. I probably would of kept the original connector on the harness, and made a pin connector on the speaker, to go in the original connector.
So does your vehicle also have the rear and door speakers as well? Im working on mine and im not sure if i can add the rear ones too.

Enjoyed your install but no one addresses the middle speaker on the dash ? What's that whole for?
theres nothing in there its empty
Seems fairly easy. I was worried I'd have to remove the dash
What about the 3rd center speaker?
Did you ever figure that out?
What head unit do u have
Was the size of the speaker can you put a 3/6 in
Did you amplify the speakers or just factory radio?
Juan Manuel its an aftermarket radio but no amp. Just the radio and everything sounds great!
What headunit can you recommend that retains steering wheel control, thanks man
You need a steering wheel interface if you want to keep your steering wheel controls
I know I am kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good site to stream newly released movies online ?
@Johnny Abdullah Flixportal :)
@Augustine Huxley Thanks, I went there and it seems to work =) Appreciate it !
@Johnny Abdullah no problem :D
You didn't explain which wire goes to what?
Speakers dont matter whether positive or negative terminal. As long as electricity if flowing through the electromagnet you will get sound.
@@bmofilms6760 so it doesn't matter which wire goes to what?
@@joelviramontes105 no. At least in my experience. Most people have a preference. But it really doesnt matter
