When my mom was pregnant but before she knew (or told me idk), I told her she must’ve been pregnant at dinner one night because she looked fat (my words at the time not now). I got the biggest ‘I told you so’ of my 4yr old life when she told me she was pregnant a week later.
When I had my hair dyed purple (like, my entire head) and I was in walmart I was waiting outside the bathroom for my foster mom and I spotted a little girl just staring at me while hiding behind her mom's leg. I lived with my dad my first year out of college. The house had no rooms unoccupied so they put me in the same room as my 6 year old nephew my dad and step mother were taking care of. My nephew did not really understand the family dynamics, and between sleeping in the same room, and how often I had to watch and play with him, seemed to conclude that I was his brother. At Christmas he had even gotten me a bracelet that said "brother" on it which I have kept.

Mm... Idk about other people, but my mother did this to me without me going "I wanna live with them" and it felt like she was giving me away. To this day, I will never believe she gives a damn about me. That one moment destroyed any faith I had in her so called "love." Even therapy hasn't been able to help me get over it. Be careful how you do this to your kid, or maybe just don't make them think they're so easily given away.
The cutest mistake I’ve seen someone make was my friend Jay (nickname) couldn’t pronounce some things correctly when he was little and had to go to speech therapy. Like th turns to S kind of thing. Occasionally still he will pronounce things wrong when he’s stressed or flustered or something he’ll pronounce words incorrectly. Well one day he had a huge crush on this guy and they were talking and he (not even kidding) said “widdle” instead of “little”… it was adorable… I still don’t know why… but it was… they are married now…
Im a dude with long hair, and facial hair. Due to my living situation, i cant wash it every day. When it's greasy, i put it up in a high ponytail with a colourful scrinchie, and put a bow or hairclip in my hair. I also use those cute, colourful acne patches, (so that my little sister can always borrow some from me) and colour coordinate. I was at work, and i once heard two siblings argung back and forth about wether I'm a boy or a girl. The girl said my hair made me a girl. The boy said something back to her about looking at my face, and it meaning im a boy. It always makes me smile, they ask with such innocence. No judgement, just pure curiosity.
My best friend has a very young little sister. Even when she was still a baby I would go visit her pretty often and I would help her a bit to take care of her. Once when I was at her house, her sister stared at me and tried saying my name. She pronounced it wrong, but it was the first time I ever heard her try to say it. I immediately grabbed her in my arms and I asked her to repeat what she just said. Again, she said my name a bit wrong, but she said my name for the first time. It was adorable and I was so delighted

It's always heartwarming to witness those sweet little mix-ups.
I was walking alone in the park waiting for my cousins to come out of the library a few feet away and this little girl ran up to hug me almost knocking me over a bit. She exclaimed, "You look like a princess! Are you one?!" I was a little startled but hugged her back before gently asking where her parents were cause I didn't wanna look like a kidnapper😅😅😅 I was at a very low point in life and I was also overweight so it lifted my spirit a bit. Children are so cute and pure and wanted to be a parent from then on. 😊
I was pushing my 3 year old niece thru the grocery store, and this little old lady walked by and she said is that mamie? The lady stopped and said I'm not your mamie, but I'm someones mamie, she just giggled.
This makes me feel so sad and happy, I remembered that when i had 4-5 years old i was in a hospital with my mom, so i saw a kid and he was my friend after we meet. I did meet his mom and i told her my things, my life that i made her cry but i did not understand. I told her that my parents did fight when i was 2 years old or 3.And they broke up They did not see both of them, i just did think that he were in his house and i could only go to his house The weekends. I loved it, but they did not like the idea that i wanted them together again... One day, in this month (2024) well i was playing im my home and my mom went to shop food, etc. So she came back and told me:"I saw ur father! And we are gonna respecr both of us, fix some problems... " when i did heard that my heart was going fully speed up... I almost died of sadness or depression Now my life is new, and better...❤

one time when we were eating corn dogs my cousin told me “i don’t really like cookie but i like the hot dog.” i said “why’d you call it a cookie?” he said “isn’t it a cookie?” i said “no hun. it’s corn bread. that’s why it’s called a corn dog.” im 15 years older than him. i adore all my little cousins i have like 13 cousins on my moms side of my family.
I don't remember much from when I was a kid because of trauma but I remember the days my little sisters were born I was having the craziest tantrum because I wasn't allowed to be with my mom in the emergency room and as soon as my mom's belly deflated and I saw my baby sister I cry tears of joy and swore to myself as a 1 1/2 year old little kid to protect the heck out of that baby is it again when I was like 4. Once I found out what birth was having kids my own was a huge dream to the point I went into child development in Middle School just this little kid taking care of smaller kids at daycare centers and it was the highlight of every year I've done something like that that's why I work for the school district now helping these kids not just grow up to be good humans but also teach them the tools they'll need for later on in life needs to start at a young age because no one's going to teach you about time you become a teenager and even if they do you're not going to listen
As someone else commented similar above. The cutest thing is when my boyfriend holds my hand and shifts. It's like being in sync in such a subtle way. Always makes me smile.
My Viking of a friend accidentally took a pair of shoes from Walmart or Target or something. When he found the shoes in the bottom of the cart (I never heard this noise before) he said “whoopsies” in a soprano octave unknown to humans.
i had broken my arm riding my bike and was at the pharmacy. a little girl maybe 5 or 6 and her mom were in the first aid aisle with me getting bandages and she asks, “what happened to your arm?” and i said i had fallen riding my bike. and she asks, “were you wearing a helmet?” and when i said no she said, “you should always wear your helmet because you could hurt your head too!” i chuckled and promised her i would. a few months or so after that, i was at the pharmacy for something else and had ridden my bike to the pharmacy and the same little girl and her mother were there. she ran up to me, the hugest smile on her face and said, “you’re wearing your helmet! good job.” and i actually melted on the inside. she was adorable.
At a summer camp I used to work at the cabins had holiday lights strung around that could be used as a night lights. Most of them were the classic rainbow, often a strip or two of white, and randomly there’d be a set of purple. The last night of the session was the first time I plugged them in because it was one campers first time spending the night (camp has a thing called “try me camp” for the first 2 sessions/weeks, kids can treat it like normal sleep away camp or day camp, and have the option of spending the night or going home. Anyone who wants to start a summer camp, 10/10 recommend it) and turns out we had a set of purple lights in the cabin over one girls bed. After I plug them in she’s looking up at them and says “guys I think these lights are glow in the dark!” 😂 now for this next part I want to note, she (and everyone else in the cabin) was around 12, and I had been their counselor for a week, I knew which kids were okay with sarcasm and which weren’t, and they were definitely sarcastic to me too. After she says this while trying not to laugh I just look at her and say “*name* these lights are glow in the dark?” “Yea! *beat* wait” cue everyone laughing before I ask “do you mean black light” yes, yes she did.
Here's mine: I'm French, and my sister was playing minecraft and she wanted (i think) a water bucket and water translates to eau, so she typed in "delo" My whole family was laughing.
I only 12 at the time went to a small park and there was this little girl who seemed to be 5 pushed infront of my friends and I to go down the water slide and she said "excuse me it'd my go now so my friends and I let her go down first and a few seconds later her dad came down speeding down the slide😅😅
My precocious 4-year-old didn't like the fact that I expected her to clean up her toys, so she went over to the phone and lifted up the receiver and threatened that she was going to call the CPS. (She knew from my job what CPS stood for). I told her don't worry; I would dial the number for her. My poor daughter had an immediate change of heart and hung up the phone!

This is how you handle that situation with love and care. They will make wonderful parents 🥰
This needs more likes.
i just love when grown ups work together like that lmaoo
That's what is adorable with this story 😊
"No night light?" 🤨
OP and husband tagged in for a hot minute, delivered a dream-crushing “Lights OUT” on the little girl and tagged Real Mom back in.
THIS IS SO CUTEEEE HELPP
We’re outside of Walmart and old man accidentally got his car roll away and he was looking for it so my sister gave it back to him and it was so cute
OP is so wholesome for playing along! 💖
“What’s is the CUTEST mistake you have ever seen”
in the grocery store there was a LITTLE GIRL
Do you know what cute means? I think your mind is too dirty that you only associate it with physical attraction. Sad
'What’s the cutest mistake you’ve ever seen someone make?' The way I said 'my brother'-
The cutest mistake I’ve seen someone make was my friend Jay (nickname) couldn’t pronounce some things correctly when he was little and had to go to speech therapy. Like th turns to S kind of thing. Occasionally still he will pronounce things wrong when he’s stressed or flustered or something he’ll pronounce words incorrectly. Well one day he had a huge crush on this guy and they were talking and he (not even kidding) said “widdle” instead of “little”… it was adorable… I still don’t know why… but it was… they are married now…
I remember those times where we accidentally call the teacher 'mom' or 'dad' 😭❤️
It would almost have my teachers in happy tears
No judgement, just pure curiosity.
this is adorable
They are going to be great parents ☺️
My heart! It only makes it better when you can communicate telepathicly with her parents and solve their issue. Its so wholesome!
Behavior like this can’t always be solved with yelling and screaming (my parents) sometimes you just gotta trick a kid
❤❤❤
Awww that’s so cute 😊
I was pushing my 3 year old niece thru the grocery store, and this little old lady walked by and she said is that mamie? The lady stopped and said I'm not your mamie, but I'm someones mamie, she just giggled.
😂 this is absolutely adorable. Screw the crazy people with no night lights!
Awww, that's not a mistake! That's just a little child being precious
I think the mistake the child did was to choose new parents who don't have a night light, hence she switched back to her parents upon finding out
Teaming up like this as parents is the best.
'My husband absolutely adores kids'
me: how can a mistake be cute
this video:
This makes me feel so sad and happy,
I remembered that when i had 4-5 years old i was in a hospital with my mom, so i saw a kid and he was my friend after we meet.
I did meet his mom and i told her my things, my life that i made her cry but i did not understand.
I told her that my parents did fight when i was 2 years old or 3.And they broke up
They did not see both of them, i just did think that he were in his house and i could only go to his house
The weekends. I loved it, but they did not like the idea that i wanted them together again...
One day, in this month (2024) well i was playing im my home and my mom went to shop food, etc.
So she came back and told me:"I saw ur father! And we are gonna respecr both of us, fix some problems... "
when i did heard that my heart was going fully speed up... I almost died of sadness or depression
Now my life is new, and better...❤
Love how all the parents worked together 😂❤ so funny and cute
One of my cutest mistakes is when I was yelling when I had headphones on and I didn’t know until the teacher got mad and said “why are you yelling at me???” And I was like “….. I’m yelling?…” then she laughed it off 😭
I WAS YOUNG
This is the kind of thing that gives me faith in humanity
That was actually so cute 💗😭‼️
“Healthy as a horse” why is that the expression lol. It is so hard to keep horses healthy
Yeah. 4 year old kids said ‘I adore you’ 😂
When it said "it was quite obvious that I was pregnant", I thought they'd say something regarding siblings to her 😂
one time when we were eating corn dogs my cousin told me “i don’t really like cookie but i like the hot dog.” i said “why’d you call it a cookie?” he said “isn’t it a cookie?” i said “no hun. it’s corn bread. that’s why it’s called a corn dog.” im 15 years older than him. i adore all my little cousins i have like 13 cousins on my moms side of my family.
Well, 4-5 years later i bet you got night lights ❤
Satisfying video 😊
Healty as a horse 🤣
i was at a water park with my friends for my 16th birthday and this little girl 5/6 years old grabbed my arm thinking i was her sister
As someone else commented similar above. The cutest thing is when my boyfriend holds my hand and shifts. It's like being in sync in such a subtle way. Always makes me smile.
imagine the kid actually just tried to stay with them XD
This is adorable
When she heard they don’t have night lights she is like “COME BACK HERE FLINTLOCK WOOD”
Awwweeeee 😭❤️👌🏻
"What is the cutest mistake you've seen someone make?"
"There was a little girl in a grocery store."
*beat* wait” cue everyone laughing before I ask “do you mean black light” yes, yes she did.
wow~ Cute story and OMG on the frosting skills.
That's extreme fear of abandonment that caused her to run "like a cartoon character".
Awwww ☺️that’s the most adorable thing I have ever heard
Cute story 😂
No kid says the word “adore.” 😂
Awwww what a cute story ❤
In Mexico, if a parent says those people are gonna take you we answer, "let's go kid"
Nah that’s so adorable!
My heart would have melted
That was so cute oml 😅
Here's mine: I'm French, and my sister was playing minecraft and she wanted (i think) a water bucket and water translates to eau, so she typed in "delo" My whole family was laughing.
The question my parents are asked:
"What's the cutest mistake you've ever seen someone wait?"
Me: "Me."
I only 12 at the time went to a small park and there was this little girl who seemed to be 5 pushed infront of my friends and I to go down the water slide and she said "excuse me it'd my go now so my friends and I let her go down first and a few seconds later her dad came down speeding down the slide😅😅
That's so cute 🥰
What is the cutest mistake you’ve ever seen?
Me: my fish’s failed attempt at a flip
Aww that is cute❤❤😊
According to my stepdad… me😂
My precocious 4-year-old didn't like the fact that I expected her to clean up her toys, so she went over to the phone and lifted up the receiver and threatened that she was going to call the CPS. (She knew from my job what CPS stood for). I told her don't worry; I would dial the number for her. My poor daughter had an immediate change of heart and hung up the phone!
Id have asked her how she likes her broccoli, cuz @ our house that’s all we eat 😊
