If you can, read the Arabic. The visual memory of where the ayaat are on the page will help with the strength of your hifdh and also help you to improve tajweed. More importantly, get a teacher to read to. You cannot properly do hifdh by yourself as you will inevitably make mistakes and you made a couple of mistakes at the end of the video - it is Rusulu, without a prolongation, and it is Ayi yaumin, not ay yaumin. May Allah make it easy for you. Ameen.
