Autoimmune diseases like psoriasis are good treated,cure in homoeopathy ,but infective diseases like tinea are difficult to treat . I think this is because some maintaining cause must be there.

Saptarshi, is it OK to keep a patient on syzig tincture for many months if sugar rises on stopping it?
I generally ask them to continue for 10-12 weeks then stop for two weeks and then can continue for the same period again
