Ween --Vallejo-- Trenton NJ-- 1994 City Gardens

This has always been one of my favorite versions of "Vallejo", which was the always the highlight of our set on the Chocolate and Cheese Tour of 1994-1995. We're firing on all cylinders here, this has been hard to find, but has always been on the internet--recorded by my good friend and original Ween taper, Josh Keats---edited and mixed by me.Live mix by nobody from the sounds of it. Deaner, Gener, Andrew Weiss, Claude Coleman JR---killing it.

Worked at CG's and remember Gene and Dean well. Used to chuckle when Mickey told me about this new band, and how they would be famous. Then found out from Bill Tucker (Regressive Aid/RevCo/Ministry et al) that Mick was getting some guitar tips from him. Then Andrew (Regressive Aid/Gone/Rollins) was interested in working with them. And in what seemed like a few weeks, they WERE famous. And their shows at City Gardens were (almost) always a blast. Always creative and fun.
