@@bushrawaikar i had a very LOOOONG convo about this with another fan on another video what she gathered is that Puth was testing Kaeng. Since Kaeng had the reputation of being "The Hunter" and a playboy. Plus you see he had the whole points system with Team. So he wanted to test his loyalty. Why he kept is up afterwards is kinda messed up. I guess he needed one last proof of trust.

Context is like, a friend called Puth and invited him to hang out but Puth declined since he was with his faen (Papii Kaeng). Kaeng asked why he did not go, Puth answered, "Why would I go somewhere when Papii is here?" Daddy Puth asked if Papii Kaeng doesn’t find it boring to always stay in his room so they did something interesting - they went on a date. Sooner, it was seen that Puth was chatting with someone - who is actually Kaeng. Going back to episode 9, someone was kinda flirting (in chat) with Kaeng, and that was Puth actually testing Kaeng, but Kaeng already knew all along. Back to the special ep, Kaeng said, “Papii already has a boyfriend. I knew it because I only have one (Puth)”. It ended with them exchanging "I love you"s with each other, and Papii Kaeng is really a cutie crybaby.
