Method:
Step 1: Open Safari on iPhone
Step 2: Go to the website Google.com
Step 3: Search the keyword "Superscript symbol copy paste"
Step 4: Click on the web then copy superscript 2 and 3
Step 5: Setting / General / Keyboard / Text Replacement
Step 6: Paste the symbol on Phrase and type abbreviation on Shortcut
Step 7: Click on Save and open keyboard, type abbreviation then press Space key
