    It's so amazing that we go from "ohhh the game is too Grindy and imposible to get things" to "ahhh the game is too easy now and they just throw Everything at You now and spoiling too much"

      I might be a minority but I loved the grindy aspect of it all, yes it was frustrating at times but it was sooo worth it once I got what I wanted after “x” amount of time. I literally haven’t played since the announcement of Ult Freyna and I got all the new content within 3 days. Now it’s a waiting game until new stuff drops. I’ll continue to play the game still tho. 🤣

      The game had like 200k concurrent players at start, and most of them left because the game was way way too grindy. I haven't even finished the battle pass from pre-season before I bounced back off the game.

      @@240lifestyledefinitely in the minority. There’s zero reward for anything. No reason to grind anything. That’s why the devs are giving so much away. It’s easier than creating decent content

    Loved the Stream Clyde, Thank You very much for supporting TFD. One thing that I really hope we eventually get In TFD, is caliber rewards for in game activities. If done correctly, this could solve issues with player retention and also lack of content. I want to remind ppl that If we include, outposts, void reactors and void fragments missions, TFD has 176 missions in total, 16 Infiltrations, like strikes. 8 special ops n 2 on Hard, this is like horde mode, and the Void Vessel, like a mini dungeon, and 12 bosses, Hard bosses. And now lvl 1-20 void purged. Like a tower challenge. So in paper TFD is not lacking content 😂, If You read all that, easily doesnt Sound like there's nothing to do. There's just not reasons to do any of that xD. Now imagine If players could get/earn caliber as reward for doing those things? It could be implemented slowly and with small amounts of Caliber and also a cap of max caliber that could be earned in a weekly or monthly basis, to make sure it doesnt have a negative impact in the business model. Even dailies could be included. Like who does the dailies? But what If by completing the dailies, You get caliber as reward? Wouldnt You do them that way? Wouldnt You kill the same boss to get the Caliber? Or do the same mission again?

    I wish Ultimate weapons were more rare. That purple weapons was the mainstay weapons used. I wish that skills was more support to the shooting.

      purple weapons should also have unqiue effects, not just the ultimate weapons, like clyde already said weapon cores are great but they mainly increase the power of good weapons to be even better, however in other gamemodes and mainly an advantage for gley players with gun focused builds other weapons get a time to shine now aswell

    Sorry, this is long. I watched and wrote down my thoughts as the Q&A went on. Apologies for the wall of text but you guys talked about a lot of great stuff. A lot of good points, but many that I disagreed with and wanted to offer a counter argument.
    1. I think the free gifts are a major boon to the game. I played during beta and launch, I understand the low drop rates and frustrating hours of not getting what you want. It SUCKED. I played non stop until about September, put the game down until about a month ago. I came back and all of these events and small QoL changes have been put in to make my playtime more valuable and enjoyable. It didn't make the game EASIER, it simply respected my time a bit more. I think you guys are getting confused when you say the game is easy because of more access to all of this stuff. The game, the mechanics, the boss fights, the colossus fights, 400%... the content is EASY. Getting extra catalyst blueprints doesn't change that. Even making the argument "Youre able to juice up your weapon or descendent faster thus making it easier..." No. The mechanics in this game for boss fights etc are simply bland, one dimensional, watered down...they're downright terrible. But allowing me to cook more activators, catalysts, blueprints, upgrade guns x 4... that has felt good in this last month and kept me playing. The content hasn't kept me playing because the game is generally a snoozefest (aside from void purge 15/16 and on). The feeling of progression has kept me hooked. So, I disagree. I think the events and "gifts" are a major boon to the game. Love it and keep doing it.
    2. Im a solo player. My two friends played during launch and probably will come back at some point. Im fine playing on my own for half the time and the other half being in matchmaking for 400%, spec ops, colossus etc. IMO, the game has better social play than warframe and destiny. Unless youre doing solo purge, or farming for a rare resource you need (which often you still come by someone in the open world doing the same), youre queue'ing up with people for 400%, void dungeon, colossus. Theres enough group play. And on the point of incentivizing group play more, I dont want that. There are games that do this (more XP, more resources etc for group play) and it screws the solo player. D4 had this problem at launch where playing in a group netted you MUCH more XP faster, and when playing in a group vs uber bosses netted you uniques at a much higher rate. It screwed the solo players. Not good.
    3. I dont want another difficulty, I simply want hard to be hard. I want the game mechanics to become difficult and not just by adding HP and increasing damage either. Adding another tier of difficulty nets you the Diablo 3 (and now the Diablo 4) problem where its a slippery slope and all they do to keep up with power creep is add more tiers of difficulty. Its brainless and lazy development. Instead off making mob HP higher for the new difficulty, go back to the drawing board and re-work some of the mob and boss mechanics. Make them challenging to handle. We don't need the game to have 8 tiers of difficulty in the next few years. By requesting this, you're advocating for a new tier everytime player power reaches a threshold where we are one shotting all content. It never ends and eventually the game will be criticized for having so many layers of difficulty and not fixing the root of the problem first. (which to me is descent balance and player power too). We are simply too strong in the game right now, especially the big three: Ines, Freyna, Bunny. I bet a lot of us would change our tune if we decided to play Blair or Kyle only for all content instead of these broken (yes, they are broken and need to be adjusted) characters in the big three. Put Ines down for a while and try Blair on Defiler. Maybe you find some broken interaction with mods and guns that make him very usable for defiler, but 99.99% of the community would find the game changes drastically once they stop playing these broken descendents. tldr here; no to new difficulties. Balance the descendents, balance the game, re-work the infiltration boss mechanics, colossus mechanics, and rare/named elite mob mechanics to be more of a challenge to handle (and not simply by tweaking HP and damage numbers). This is a better way to go about it for the long term health of the game.
    4. Agree with Denneyss, juice up the open world spaces. Add world bosses, good ones, and random events that kick off in zones. I agree with Lambeu, OG gluttony was a good fight, I did have a good time wiping on deathstalker. I still haven't completed the new colossus because im not running around on bunny hopping mid-air cheesing it. Trying it with actual builds. But he needs to keep in mind that they eventually made gluttony easier because its no longer considered a pinnacle fight with all of the player power we've accumulated. And you CAN still wipe on him, easily. Same thing with frost walker. And to his point about the game feeling great at that time because people are trying interesting builds etc... I feel that way when Im playing non meta characters (a jumping-jack ajax, kyle, etc). And if youre in a group of non meta characters, suddenly the content becomes more difficult and you need to use all the tools at your disposal to win. I remember being in a Hard specops in swamp, no ines/freyna/bunny amazingly in that run. I was on Ajax, we had an enzo, a blair and a yujin. It was TOUGH, we barely completed the run, with a sliver of health on the objective. We were using all mechanics we had to deal with the waves of mobs. Fun! Compared to broken Ines clearing 2/3 of the screen with one button press for 10 seconds. Boring.
    5. Agree with Denneys about sticking with the game that put you on the map etc. He referenced DarthMicrotranaction... I found him through D4. Hes made a lot of content for D4. He says hes just enjoying POE2 right now and skipping the new D4 league. A lot of his viewers, or at least the people that found him through D4, were waiting for his D4 content this season but he opted to not play it. They probably feel a bit left behind. DM has some critiques about POE2 but you can tell in his voice and attitude, the guy really wants to shit on D4, the game that put him on the map. So, yah from a content creator prespective, probably smart to keep playing the game if it put you on the map. I stopped watching TimTheTatman once he left overwatch years ago, for example, and that game blew him up.
    6. My top 3 things to be addressed (in order): 1. Descendent balance. Ines in her current state ruins most group play. It used to be Bunny, then Freyna... but Ines even obsoletes them. Content is not difficult (at all) when Ines or Freyna keep the screen clear with a single button press every 10 seconds. Having these characters in your group means youre tagging along 50 meters behind collecting loot. Boring gameplay,boring content. You guys talk about the game being too easy? Nerfing the big three (Ines,Freyna,Bunny along with Hailey(colossus)) will instantly make the game more challenging and encourage players to think outside of the box when it comes to group play. Currently, theres zero need to have a shield ajax to protect the objective in a hard spec ops defense simply because one or two ines's can screen clear instantly for 90% of the run. Remove that comfort, suddenly Ajax's shields become MUCH more sought after. 2.Re-work infiltration/void vessel/dungeon bosses & add more difficult endgame content/systems. Give us new models, more and varied mechanics aside from shooting orbs or killing some monsters spawned in. Also,why does every dungeon boss need to go immune? Lame, boring. Come on, be more creative. Its not difficult. World of Warcraft dungeon bosses are designed better and thats saying something. 3. Even though its not an issue for me, I'll advocate for optimization. Optimize the game...

    Nexon should be grateful enough for having these content creators actually talking and care about the game. But early access to march update for new yorker?? Thats a abomination of false selective for a playertest when you have your own game content creators.

    Hope the devs hear these points, better bosses, a reason to play with others, the ability to focus farm equipment or reroll reactors might be my favorite bc while this game might not be grindy equipment and reactor farming is hell, and yeah ENDGAME so there a reason to continue playing👍

    I wish Nexon should introduce the gear system upgrade for each descendant so that matchmaking for bosses will only work with certain requirements of upgrades on the descendant. Because soloing Colossus in this game is too easy instead of hard or even challenging. The void abyss colossus is a joke for beating him in less than a min instead of it being challenging. Just my 2 cents

      @PeopleRTheProblem what I meant is to make the bosses harder so that you cannot solo and beat them easily but only requires team work for matchmaking. As of now even defiler is a joke to be called a boss as most of the bosses are too easy and u beat them within less than 6 secs or less than a min

    In live service games, making content to grind and having sexy skins go hand in hand. They are NOT mutually exclusive, new boss, new void vessel does NOT generate revenue, Sexy skins, emotes, jiggle PHYSICS, Bikinis sell and generate revenue.

      Yeah that generates revenue but when you have no content and people stop playing your game is that all you want your game to be known as? This isn't a gacha game it's a looter shooter they HAVE to add meaningful content/grind. I think one of the biggest points they mentioned was giving us bonus rewards or incentives to play in groups. There's literally 0 reason to play in a group other than to just play together.

      @Keyshawn13 and yes, it's like with every update, they keep promoting the solo play even more, they could just make the solo play much more harder and punishing for 2 reasons. 1. If You have fully hyper optimized builds You at least get a real Hard challenge that will take You time and a lot of effort and skill. And 2. Since solo would be way harder, it's just better to team up and play in co-op. It will promote the coop play instead. Solo should never be easier than having to do it in coop.

      Especially now how fast you can unlock content. Like how much content would be needed for example for 3-6 months for player retention? I feel for the devs and I think that task would be impossible. All in all I think majority of players have no clue what they actually want and everything ends up being arbitrary

    1:20:10 Abso-fucking-lutley. I love Warframe. And I love The First Descendent. I hate that people try to force you to stand in one spot and declare them as the winner. I hate the bullshit clickbait article come out about WF and TFD and try to create a scene with how many players are active and that the game is dying. Why can't I love and play both?
