had fun! hope we can do it again :)
Thank you Clyde great time doing that. Looking forward to doing it again and thank you chat!!!
Great idea. Nicely done feels fresh having other content creators join and discuss. Very productive.
Access info is the most valuable thing to know as a new player, imho. Thank you guys for the informative conversation.
48:00 I am a Warframe player, and I also play The First Descendant, and I love both games equally! I have well over a thousand hours played on both games, and almost exclusively play both titles.
I'm with Lambeauxx in that unless the Devs do something egregious, I will always play, and support this game, as well as Warframe!
One big reason that group play is shitty is that the different classes and builds don't really complement each other.. they fight each other for kills to get mp. so there is no synergy with multiple people very often. with that said, I really dont want "roles" assigned and then your Queue time goes from 30 seconds to 30 minutes for a 4 minute run. might as well solo it at that point.
No synergy and also people don't want to improve their builds and grind. People want to be carried through to the point where others would rather play solo than deal with people. Group game play concept is dying
I feel like this game definitely needs life in its open world areas though. That’s what I want most. I want an excuse to roam the overworld maps and see higher density of mobs and patrol for random events to kill for cool component drops and maybe some vouchers to redeem for something like cosmetics or mats.
Totally agree tfd is a good game but it gets repetitive after awhile open world would make this game way more fun
The repetitiveness isn't the problem, it's the lack of rewards for the repetitiveness that's missing. The fact everything is significantly tankier and harder in group play but there's no additional rewards or anything of that sort is a red flag, especially for a co-op looter shooter. Atm it feels like a single player game with a social hub@@-Yeki
They should add a boss that roams around the world , and yes , this is in warframe
@ This is also an issue for sure.
I’m not going to lie where I started the game seemed overwhelming but when I look back I’m happy with my progress got two ultimate descendants working on a 3rd. Got multiple crystallized ultimate guns
The game is in a much better place tho , we even have outfits we can unlock now , I never thought that would come , it honestly feels like the devs would try every single opinion
Its still under a year out. Look at most timelines of games. Best thing about this game is the devs and community communication.
TFD is in a tricky situation. There's not a lot of content because the game is new. Certain grind is almost nonexistent, like farming an Ult Descendant, you can obtain them within hours. Other grind is virtually impossible, you can put weeks in obtaining a particular reactor or component and never get it (seriously, i've been there).
Showering players with free stuff can temporarily compensate for the lack of content and alleviate some grind but at the same time it's conditioning players unrealistically. When the free stuff ends and the grind begins, drop rates and repetition will hit much harder.
For a 7 month old game, TFD also has a bad balance issue. Some Descendants need ability overhauls. Some guns are way ahead of the rest in terms of damage, and some ult weapon abilities are worthless compared to others.
TFD has some figuring out to do, especially when it's standing next to giants like Destiny 2 and Warframe. Warframe has over a decade worth of content, and has some crazy features and mechanics. Destiny has been ahead of it's time, they have some of the best open world implementations, and content like their dungeons and raids are pretty hard to rival.
The reactor grind can drive one insane. The odds of getting what we want is roughly one in 3200 or 3300. Which is very low odds for such critical items.
I would love to see an improvement in that area.
As a long time Warframe player since its release, i naturally always like to compare TFD to it and in general i think its healthy for both games to feed of each other with ideas. My main issue with TFD and the way its missions are designed is pretty much a polar opposite of how Warframe does it. There you are incentivized to play in groups because that makes the content easier and clear times faster. But in TFD its the opposite, you are incentivized to play solo because content is easier to do in solo. Its a wrong direction IMO, it should be easier to play with groups than solo, what are we doing here? IMO this is the mentality that is killing the game because no one has incentive to group up and games like this live or die on the community and people playing together rather than solo everything. That said, i love TFD, i like both. I got all maxed out in TFD and i love the journey, its a fun game for sure. But it does need more stuff to do
Making content harder when grouped up is actually a good thing. It makes clearing stuff with groups the actual accomplishment. The real problem with it in TFD is the reward structure doesn't support this idea, since the rewards are the same whether solo or not.
So the fix is beyond easy; just increase the rewards you get when grouped up. By a factor that makes grouping up the most optimal grind/farm. A super bonus on top of this would be cosmetic rewards that are exclusive to group clears. I'm honestly surprised the devs haven't already thought of this considering how obvious and easy it is.
more of this please, good to see my favorite streams talk about the game passionately, good job everyone
I think an in game vote system for future content would be good gage for what the community feels is needed.
They definitely need to lean into exploration/action of the open world. Its a beautiful, intricate, and dead world.
I uninstalled as a returning player because I enjoy playing the game with people, but everyone plays Ines right now with the most screen nuking builds. It hurts my eyes, kills my frames. A whole squad of Ines gives me a headache. It was the same with Bunny months ago. Bunny ruined an old group I was in. Interest faded. Forced me to play solo. Solo got boring over time. So I quit. But I also really enjoy the story, so I came back to check out the new content. Stayed for the grind. But the imbalance between descendants is insane. I got frustrated, left a couple of matches, got shadow banned. Uninstalled. :(
I also dislike the gooner catering, like jiggle physics is so dumb when you could be balancing descendants. The boys need more love in both balancing and cosmetics.
New players are not driven like you guys, new players want to be given free stuff, they want easy access to upgrade materials, and from nexons point of view they’re delivering on all that..
Great stream lads! I love your guy's input. I've got about 400hrs so far and unlocked all descendants and ultimate weapons, the exception being Ulti bunny which i got at launch. The problem they'll have is that because of the derivative nature of the game, it'll be compared to those longer running games. I think they can pull through and make this game their own, but they need to really need to focus on the core game loops.
TFd community must stand strong, this is the most crucial time
Eff this game!
There was a lot of good feedback.and constructive criticism in this. Hopefully the devs get to see it and understand what they need to work on.
Good to see you guys. I'm familiar with Sen and den, Clyde, but not lamb unfortunately. I've seen Sen and den on the CC Nexon list. I'm 43 and wondered for a while now about streaming for a living but still on the fence. Anyway I've been playing TFD since drop and am invested mostly into it. Thanks for your content guys. I learn a lot.
Im just a gamer.
@LAMBEAUXx weren't u playing live with Clyde the other day on his stream fighting Defiler and we were able to hear your voice. If so, I went after you.
also, if anyone has ever played cod black ops 3 back in the day with the supply drops and cryptokeys, that is basically the same thing this game does. i can remember it like yesterday grinding to get the hg 40 from one of those boxes and i never got it even after sinking couple hundred dollars into cryptokeys. i quit that game eventually and it was the only cod i ever completed fully. all camos all challenges everything 100% completed even all gamerscore achievements but i never got that hg40. picked it up from a player that dropped it from time to time, best gun hands down i wanted that gun for myself so bad. i guess 99.9% since i never got that gun.
Jesus, Sen coming in with just pure giga chad energy
I genuinely love the game, and I agree that jiggle physics is a low priority thing, and the people it would tend to bring back into the game, the typical jiggle physics player will see it, run around for a day and then be bored again. I'm all for the jiggle, and the nudie skins, but I also genuinely love the game and the grind. For me the game is generally anti social. I think a lot of people want a more human experience in online games, and it's pretty dry in that area. I think if they focused on activities that were more rewarding to group up for, currently the end game is harder with a group in almost all cases, and there is no incentive. I think hitting that sort of classic MMO role thing might be great for the game, maybe not outright but in its own way, people love to have a specific role, do well, and be part of a group. They need to approach the grind with a fractal, or golden ratio of time and reward, where there would be a lot of stuff that is part of the easy grind, say you can grind a character in a day. Then other grinds that perhaps take a week or 2, and then even more rewarding grinds that can take months. Very rare stuff.
1:07:26
Weekly and daily rotating modifiers on all missions
Weeklies are "hell" difficulty and Dailies are "Hard"
Have the options just like 100% 250% to select one or both ie
Hard 200%
Hell 300%
Both 400%
And give more loot/mats on hard and double the rewards on hell
both gives triple
Hell mode: Boss has a .1% regen at all times and rage modes heals it for 10% initially
Hard mode: Boss has increased resistances making it's weakness normal and all else strong or boss cant be staggered
Things that you dont have to do BUT can offer a challenge to you and cut the grind a bit
With the daily being a constant rotation and weeklies only weekly you can make say 7 weklies and 10 dailies to allow for alot of combos
Maybe you get a day thats impossible so you do something else or skip the increase in challenge and maybe you get a day thats so cake that everyone is doing it (like boss is more aggro with less players as the hardmode and boss summons no minions as the weekly so now if you dont have a fully self sustained boss you go pubs bc at least you have the extra ammo now (gley and enzo aside) or your build needs mp regen so you go pubs hoping to see a luna since mp drops arent a thing this wek)
I think the hardest thing in TFD right now is this game needs to come to a decision before they make Destinys mistake, you CANNOT please everyone, they must decide if the game is to be aimed at casuals or hardcore community. Destiny tried to please everyone and scared off everyone pretty much, same will happen-pen here, and has already started to imo. It's very important to get the right balance imo
There's really nothing that focuses on co op play. It's a co op game more geared towards solo and being fast. Which I do a lot solo, but do enjoy playing with other people. But there's also the problem with people not wanting to grind, they want everything right now and easy and be carried through. So it ends up making public game play a nightmare sometimes
This is awesome 😎
My wife said she’ll start playing if we get French Bulldogs 😂
I don't think a third difficulty is the answer. I think they need to bring in content that differs from what they've already done. All they're doing is what every company does with live services. The rinse and repeat with a different coat of paint instead of coming up with something fresh. Because if they add a third difficulty, like you've said in a way, people will find the meta and it will no longer be difficult. Then we're back at square one. Now, I agree and disagree with what you guys are saying about them being too generous. For the holidays and such, that's fine. But it IS becoming an all the time kind of thing. If they want to be generous, do it with stuff you can't earn like cosmetics and such.
TFD is single handedly one of the greatest games EVER MADE!!! Progression, story, graphics and gameplay are all top notch!!
Lol
I like the game but this is a bad take 🤣
@@DmadPs real
That’s what I’m saying.
I wouldn’t say it like that but it’s literally the only game from recent times that I’ve been obsessed with , the previous one was For Honor , that should let you know how long it takes for me to like a game
No!
The frustration derives from grinding your ass off to get exactly the build you are using to defeat a Colossi then not being able to close the deal. I know it takes time to develop muscle memory and learn certain moves, get good as they say. However Nexon made a huge mistake with The Defiler. It would be interesting to know the percentage of console player base that can beat The Defiler consistently. It would not be so bad if they hadn't put salt on the wound by locking those valuable resources behind the victory. If you can beat the defiler over and over again, you are rewarded with racing so far ahead of everyone else.
I'm definitely against skill tree because they will put a lot of time it ane everyone will run with the same one.
I think with components(mats, reactors, core mats, items you need a lot of) should be farm able with afk play made farms. You would log in, and there's your loot. Let us make dungeons. I have wondered why devs dont make content so we can make our own content.
With the open world map, maybe do like they did in Guild Wars 2, where there is a timed interaction that starts periodically, and if players interact, it starts open-world quests that chain to a boss fight
Every time I scrap 1 reactor, it should give me just 1 material for rerolling a random stat on a reactor, like with guns. Maybe it gets better. Maybe it gets worse. Should need 100s if not 1000s for just 1 reroll. Same thing for external components
Aside from what they already give
Speak on the veteran perspective and not on the new player experience.
I'm 1800+ hours in and invited a few friends, but I can't expect their experience to be the same as mine.
The question is, where do we (veterans) go from here.
hit up the VA for work
Kinda stupid of me but I have a shit ton of advanced stabilizers I never use them 😂
To kno clyde played 2k is epic!
What if when we get one reactor say Chill/Tech Gold and it has Gold Colossus on it and damage to order of truth and then a one time chance to reroll either the Colossus or order of truth buff. One time reroll for each gold reactor and make it a free reroll or maybe cost some gold at least. That would give us a reason to keep more reactors without breaking them down and help with the grind. Fellows will still be useful.
I feel like being able to reroll stats on reactors and components kinda takes away from the grind too much. Reactors are the most important thing in this game for about 90% of builds. If they would let us reroll it better be like a rare material (like 3-4%) drop from erosion or something. We don't need anymore handouts or work arounds atm
@Keyshawn13 I'm just saying a one time reroll on one stat is at least a fun type of gamble before trashing it. Better than just looking at it but not opening it because you automatically see a gold and blue roll on it and then trashing it.
@@Keyshawn13I'm sorry but you're wrong. Reactor grind (and external component grind) in its current state is a complete RNG grind. As in you never know when or IF it'll ever end. It could be on your first attempt, a day/week/month/year later, or never. Who knows. This is terrible since it's directly tied to builds and doesn't simply min/max them.
Every grind (or at least 99% of them) should always have a foreseeable end. Whatever that end is is debatable, but no matter what the player should know the maximum time it'll realistically take. Rerolling still wouldn't solve this, but it'd definitely be a step in the right direction.
Imo they should either allow you to target farm exactly what want on said reactor/external component or allow you to craft it. Either way should take a hefty grind. This way you could either get lucky and find what you want or guarantee get it after a long grind.
A game with no soul and identity of its own is bound to die.
This game haves a soul and an identity, Wdym
@SarukiLIAS yea i forgot
Made for gooners
i would rather play warfame its good. many thing to do in 25 yeear old game
I thought this was with the developers. ☹️
Anyway.
I respect anyone opinions but streamers aren't REAL gamers, they play videogames as a job, gamers dont do that, gamers play videogames when theyre not working, which means GAMERS play less than streamers. Streamers make content, do guides, test stuff, gamers don't, we are not the same. So the way you see things might be different from the rest of us.
However I love TFD its my main game, my personal GOTY and I want it to succed.
Greetings.

@@Dailymotivations2 touch a nerve?
I'm just a gamer. Mid take
Exactly they are bottom feeding off an industry they have no part of. They only damage games especially games like TFD.
Mid take.
I love the devs and the community. Consistently listening and trying to improve where they can. I do agree they listen to a lot of the “Goon Squad” and appease them. Like don’t get me wrong skins and paints are always nice! But there needs to be a balance to what to play.
I thought the Void Erosion was going to be a Gears of War Horde Mode Style type content but it isn’t. Would be nice to see. Every ten rounds, you’d fight maybe a hard boss/Colossus.
Void Intercept could use more environments/maps. And I know they said it takes almost a year for a new colossi so I am not complaining too much there. But it would be nice to see more “environments” of the void.
I don’t think this game will be able to reach Destiny Raid hype, but I do think this game has the potential to make a Destiny Dungeon type difficulty/content. I know a lot of people didn’t like the invasion type puzzles but those are cake compared to a lot of puzzle mechanics in other games.
Regardless, I love the game. It’s fun, it’s free and my buddy and I have a good time when we play.
I play this almost every day but ultimately a ton of these issues are either nonexistent in other games or just done better in other games of this genre. like if you like the feel or the ground based gameplay with the grappling that is fine but like a game like Warframe just for an example since its compared to it a lot which I get you hate the comparison, u can go down the list of what the game consists of or does and TFD is just worse. I will say TFD's bosses are slightly better than a game like WF since in WF its either 1 hit kill a boss, bosses who have invincibility phases or set timers to make it not 1 hit kill, or bullet sponges. TFD is usually better than that but even its bosses are in generic arenas or have phases like WF so you dont kill it in a second. Another thing would be its codex system is better arguably in finding locations quicker. So even there its bad in both games. I honestly don't know what this game does well besides if you like the gameplay I can see it being appealing. I also get the development time between my example is way different and I can see how that is somewhat unfair but I want this game to better and it is but it worse in so many areas and I don't know if this game will continue to grow or last years at the rate its going, it might, it might not. Also of course the developers are looking at WF, most of the systems at launch and post launch are coming from other games. TFD just got those cores into their game, its just archon shards for weapons from WF which I was joking that a system of shards would come to this game and it did.
The parts of warframe community that hate on tfd are a very small percentile on behalf of warframe players I apologise for them.
I play both games and love both games tfd has huge potential.
However warframe year one was not bad, they had to self fund the game for its first period of time and work their asses off.
Point is 99% of warframe players disown and disapprove of the 1% that spread hate on this game. With 10k hours on wf you learn there are a small amount of "elitists" that bring us all down
Peace
We definitely need new bosses. I don't mind reuses of the same boss model but we don't even have the second boss on normal in hard mode. There is 1 electric boss. Why isn't there non attribute bosses? Also I am in full agreement with reutilization of the biggest zones in the game
im pretty much same as the freyna guy mentioned i came back got everything the only thing left is maxing the uniques on like 2 guns erosion is a cool concept but hot take more generic modes like survivals or like a gears horde mode would be cool i get that it wont fix the content problem but it cant hurt to give it a shot
I have like 800 hours in the game. I love it. But we do need more content. I would love content where you need an Ajax or Yujin in your team to keep you alive. That support plays more of a rol in the game.
And content in general. Maby costume unlocks for hard modes. And maby a very hard mode in the world overall
You literally did a q&a with the people you game with often instead of bringing in steamers you didn't know and would debate different opinions with you 🤦🏻♂️ stick to destiny 2 instead of trying to ruined this game as well
I would really like to see a preset system on gun rolls
There needs to be open world boss's i member back when i first seen a trailer for TFD i was excited to randomly encounter boss's in the open world an what we got was very boring open world stuff.
Look some of my fav contend creators and sen
7k players? wow this game is promising.
lol
W CLYDE
Don't choke on it too long, you gotta share with your other buddy
@MahitoTheGoat no u
We all don’t have 9hrs straight to game warframe is amazing and been going for years and isn’t to hard but people love it stupid hard content isn’t for for everyone bar the 5% of the player base
I personally think that the game would benefit from more endgame content for example: dungeons (that would take 20min+ to complete), where you are required to team up. Would give shelved characters actually purpose. Ajax for example since he is a tank. Heck even add debuffs for example no health drops, that would make more people use yugin. Add difficult mechanics. Add a big bad boss at the end. And give us exclusive rewards for doing such content.
All these devs need to do is look at what anthem did and NOT do that. Cuz right now it's looking spooky similar to the launch and year one of anthem.
The issue is, Nexon WAS looking at every other looter shooter and live service on the market and CHOSE to make their game both derivative of those games AND worse at the same time.
Clyde this was need it, SenEvades it’s a beast 😎
Nice work ❤ all of you have ❤
aint slept for 60 days lmaoo demm

Make mineral and plant farming for the mega casuals worried about fashion more than damge
The reliability and diversity in gameplay of characters in this game need to improve. Dont just be "freyna-style", laying pools and put debuffs everywhere and wipe enemies where they stood. Enough with that. Enzo drone+gun should've been a good close range enemy wiper, but can he do that as of now? No. Maybe yes with gun's core but that will largely single-target instead of cone target area. Is Jayber's damaging capability improved with better movement? No. That turret should be able to move without the need to be controlled or even worse, "repositioned somewhere else for it to be useful". Is Lepic's traction granade upgraded so it has lower cooldown for a nice crowd-control? No. Just try him with what we have now and imagine if he can alternate between 1traction and 1fireball everytime when big enemy wave shows up. Valby especially was made worse with Ines' patch with her tranction removed. That remove her nice crowd control and made her to be "freyna-like" with the puddles and water streaks except she will be weak in doing that as she cannot spread damage like those characters. Just revert her to how she was before Ines' patch, pull enemies to one place then boom them like how Lepic can. Those will give options for players to clear content well enough with any character without feeling weak.
They are deceitful in my view. They mentioned they will prioritize upgrading descendants to freyna's level but they decided to just nerf Valby's mobbing and make her to play similar to Freyna but much weaker. Will other descendants be made to be like Freyna(spawn damage pools and damaging debuffs) or will they maintain what is unique to them when they are "upgraded"?
Ines is essentially Freyna. Damage is spread by spamming Q and triggering dark current from passive.
I have suspicion I cannot prove. That is: they wanted Ines to shine at top of descendant list in new purge dungeon and with how she is designed(do damage with debuff), they needed the enemies to be susceptible to debuff. Then they saw Valby would outshine Ines since she can pull for long duration and skill is on low cooldown and she would not need to hide behind anything since enemies are trapped. Thus they just nerf Valby, add easily seen damage increase so most players would not complain. Ultimately removing 1 character's capability to clear mob "unique-ly".
And it really would be nice if they add cover system.
More about their "gun and run" thing.
And the lack of "role" in this game. Ajax, he is a tanky character, not a "tank". Well, except against ranged projectile. Can he force aggro? No. Jayber can, but is he tanky? No. Is there a debuffer in this game? Sharen, that hand cannon, and that set. Enough? No. No room for "role filling" makes this game's grup play sucks. No "hey, we should spread, solving puzzle in different area within time limit to unlock next room" too.
Man no need to be tripping , TFd forever
The game needs multiple game modes. Hard, Challenging, Heroic type of thing. It would be disrespectful to you all if I could just put your build on and expect the same results. Everyone quits for their own reason. If I can't do a particular content then I don't see any reason to go forward. Case in point, The Defiler. I can't beat, but even if I could, that boss is dog shit. I actually liked Death Stalker.
my O pinion ... this game is good, but it feels like its flatlined. there's just not enough to keep me playing right now.
IMO screw the jiggle physics update ...put Resources on content
Make male ultimate characters
Bring Balance to the game weapons and skills
Bring challenge and reward accordingly to difficulty setting...higher stakes bigger rewards 😎
Must make a decision whenever continue support last generation
Limitations...
Bring capable development team directly for various content management....
It will take time...ofc
Warframe was unplayable when launched....11 years tool them to bring universal forma...and still did not make the "jump reset" problem
TFD must stop listen to casual players who only returns for season and then bail out ...
Transcendent descendant
We need end game activities but I still love the game we only 6 months in so I'm down til the wheels fall off.. every live service seems like they make a game with no real end game before they finish an we do nothing for months..a division 2 vet sorry😂
Really great video
FFXIV online stopped supporting PS4 at a certain expansion. I think TFD should stop supporting old consoles at a certain patch so they can focus better resources on the current gen. And current gen needs performance improvements anyway.
uninstalled wf game now since playing tfd they also like become powercreep and soulless every patch more, tfd exact follow same way...devs first focus should balance (instead of gooner skins etc) characters/abilities not overshadowing guns and other characters and make game enjoyable in true way: teamplay, since its mmo game...
but beside balance and end game issues main problem with mmo instance games hard to make good world boss content and raids...also ue5 big slop dunno how it works with more people in same area , if they want to keep game alive , focus more on game mechanic, balance, end game and grind mechanics not just boring also makes you hooked to play ,maybe some rng mechanics or market/trade idk. I kinda wished this game be work like open world, i probably uninstall if we get actual big open world a balanced around mmofps game .
Thank you for mention the Warframe stuff. ISTG the warframe players are so insufferable and disingenuous with their takes.
This game needs a lot of time to get good at least to the level of Warframe.
The dev shouldn't give up. The game has potential but they need to keep going or else GG.
They need to remember how Warframe first was and how it has become today. This is something TFD can also become
As far as my opinion on group play... before this game I was playing Division 1&2 PVP/PVE and over a span of 8 years, I was in a clan for each game. I've noticed that Ubisoft did pretty well at keeping clans afloat even if it was just PVE. I think the whole cooking items thing is why group play sucks on TFD, but it's too late now. Also unlike Division 2, there's no special incentives that are exclusive to clans only. We can't see each others builds...that's a big one. When TFD first started, my clan leader from Div2 was with me for a while but he bought everything and was way ahead of me and got bored. I quit Div2 because of the PVP drama involved and he went back to Div2.
It’s a Korean game and it’s gonna be a niche game just like many others. Changes came too late on my opinion.
I have a lot of respect for yall. But yall contradict yourself a lot in this video
So many things I wanna comment on lol. I love moxsy idk why ppl dislike him. I played a little bit of warframe and I don't see it. I'm one of the people that uses the excuse I got a ft job and family to grind the shit out of the game but I love it too much to quit but I dislike how certain descendants can obliterate hoards with one skill so I think they need an ultimate difficulty where the enemies have a huge elemental immunity and huge hp where it takes the whole group to take down the hoards and bosses not just frenyna. contagion etc. Also love The Full measure he's hilarious
Why'd u post this? This seems a bit too transparent to showcase essentially a streamer echo chamber although obvious intent was off the cuff brainstorming for some insight to improve the long term TFD experience, but I didnt hear any new ideas here, Clyde been sayin the double module drop incentive for harder difficulty for a while now which is an alright idea, optimization is the first thing ppl say to do when a new game comes out could always run better, more content is too fuckin ambiguousactually get into the meat of what ud like to seee that would be fun for this game , but everyone else was describing the environment as is now, not of what it can be with effectual specific changes, feel like this conversation should have remained objective without the classist gatekeeping of new players without the back in my day bs, I did the same grind yall did with 5 min timers but i didnt wait I loaded a diff zone came back in, I banged my head against a wall trying to get certain drops, but it is an objectively good measure and standard to have so new players dont have to grind smth over a 100x to get a drop thats ridiculous and outta the realm of normal patience for normal ppl, but nowadays these new ppl lack even normal patience they want immediate short term satisfaction which is being catered to by other game developers, the prob is culture of the ppl in the US mfs lazy racist bgoted antisocial these ppl dont wanna group they want their shit and fuck anything that doesnt bee line tangent that shit, groups are harder to play in in pubs bc mfs cant hang dont understand how much increased survivability they have with two hp mods bc they wanna hit the absoulute hardest and they refuse to adapt be flexible, u cant change the game in a way to keep these ppl(those that are toxic selfish only seek their rewards no compromise in u help me I help u, its help me and then I leave) that would be healthy for organic team archetype position group forming, u want them to make this game better, u need to give the most novel unique ideas in direct communication with them, not the throwaways not how about this, uve thought about and drafted an entire concept that has replayability, difficult, and is fun off rip, that's ur metric now have this same discussion with ur ppl not for a yt vid
L takes all over the place 😂 who has time to put 8-10 hours in a game that also has a job cmon Clyde be realistic I love grindy games that’s why I prefer D1 over D2, the problem is with this game is for example in destiny 1 I grinded Omnigul for days for a god roll Grasp of Malok and when I finally got it I felt like the hours I put in were worth it, The first descendant has this problem, 1. You want to get a weapon/Descendant so you have to grind the material that drops the weapon/Descendant. 2. Now you have let’s say 20 amorphous material for so called weapon/Descendant so now you grind the Boss fight or vault for that specific part of the weapon/Descendant. 3. Let’s say you were lucky enough to get the piece you grinded for let’s say you got 3 Enhanced cells out of 20 runs, ok that’s fine now I can craft that piece but then you have a 2-4 hour wait for that piece which is fine also because you can grind the remaining pieces while you wait. 4. You get everything you need for so called weapon/Descendant and now craft the weapon but you have to wait 8-16-32 hours before it’s done and btw for weapons u need 5 crafted for each weapon to get its full potential. 6. Ok finally you have the weapon/Descendant and ready to make a build but wait you only have 7 catalyst and your build requires 10 ok I’ll craft the remaining 3 I need oh but I can only craft 1 at a time, fine ok ok, wait it takes 8 hours for 1 catalyst? Look I love the game but the problem doesn’t come down to the free handouts tbh if I didn’t get the free handouts I couldn’t keep up with this game especially while balancing a job and family. In my opinion the problem lies with the crafting, for example you can craft 7 things at once now but they all have to be different materials, why not let me craft seven catalyst instead of other random materials I’m just crafting for the sake of it. It’s just my opinion I like the game but not there system.
Glad to hear the streamers like the old Gluttony fight. When I say that on other platforms, there are always some people saying that was bad and DeathStalker is much better. To me DS is good but Gluttony was just much more challenging.
give me one game (f2p only) that is not popular in steam that so popular on console.
if our game shytes on steam is very much likely that its shyte on console. you cant even give a player numbers on console that you desperately glazing.
2,210hours into tfd this game needs moreee content and harder difficulty. just got back to destiny that i had stopped playing and took a break from it 6months ago when tfd day1 got released. played tfd all the way thru no breaks for 6months straight and im back on destiny fully but tfd will b my backup secondary game for the meantime getting put in the back burner. i have two games two play back n forth. now in days theres just not enough content to play on tfd and everything is too ez theres nothing that threatens me we just blow thru everything we need high end content thats harder and not waste resources on stuff like jiggle physics instead of adding actual content to keep the engine running but also needs difficulty make us feel the burn n how difficult it is. we need that dopamine like we had at the beginning. tfd now is basicly a handout theres no grind theres no incentitive. (I miss the dopamine this game gave at the beginning when the grind was heavy and real how it was suppose to be but now thats out the window flushed down the toilet everything is a handout).
It is sad because we had the difficulty to an extent. Im not sure if you were here for day 1 invasions but those were HARD. But you needed maxed weapons and maxed descendants. It made it feel like all that time and investment we put into builds was actually being put to use.
There is also the whole Hailey thing. It would have taken about a week or two of doing invasions every day to get her. And the devs clearly had an intention with that. Put a powerful, sought after descendant behind a difficult piece of content and reward skilled players for their efforts.
Yeah, no. People whined and cried until invasions were nerfed into the ground because it was too hard and they had to have Hailey on day 1. Now invasions are just another piece of boring content you speed through the grab some gold.
Tfd content creators suck so bad
Nerfs have to stop or be scaled back drastically.
It's no fun killing elites, commanders, colossus with no challenge
Q and A for a dying game
Go cry somewhere else
dead game. just play warfarm.
@LAMBEAUXx ok 👍
Pov people aren’t hating because it’s not just Clyde saying this
This game needs to release bikini skins asap
pity system is only on the dog and the keelan
The lack of difficulty and the free gear will kill this game in 2-3 months. We need to bring back the grind and bosses you need to use teamwork to defeat.
people keep repeatint the same thing since the beginning of the game, at this point all of you are just clowns
@@pabloguzman9556 Sometimes its better not to comment so people don't see how dumb you sound. Try to add something to the discussion.
They should do like warframe make ultimate Descendants a grind and not buy able.
The stream is boring just like the game.
Ahh wits you're back at it again? Leaving negative comments on all tfd content creators?.. you need to get a job......
@@SMG-CARNAGE😂
nice video, though I recommend to host "Vash Cowaii" as he is a very smart streamer and content creator in tfd
ok then you don't want new players to come into the game cuz you want it to be an absolute brain melting mind numbing grindfest. Good for you that's the game you want, not the majority if you want to be objective about it.
A game can be grindy I am a JRPG guy myself I literally complete games that takes upwards of easily over 100 hours of playtime doing side quests and other stuff I didn't need to to make myself stronger before ever seeing the end to the game. Grinding in this game felt like fucking SHIT because the gameplay loop is dogshit (especially when it comes to unlocking options to make your character interesting which are few and far in between, and only shows up as transcendent mods which are gatekept by some ultimate versions of the descendants that have minimal difference in gameplay to the base version) and incredibly mentally exhausting. There's a reason why this game is falling off the cliff and if you choose to stick with your guns then that's your prerogative. I'll just do it on something that's actually fun.
And before you comment I sunk 100 hours into the game to give the game a fair shot. The guy that said that this game should retain its grindiness as its only significant identify without working on other aspects of the game cannot see past his elite grindy mindset.
Enjoyed this would love to see more of this type thing along with other creators aswell
