@@BrettBartholomewCoach this is going to be a little specific so may not be worth your time, however I would assume i'm not the only one. I would like to hear from coaches about organizational techniques for coaching, programming, and multifaceted coaches in business. I am the S&C for a high school football team, I own a facility and do training and sports performance, trying to build up a non profit inside the business to help kids and families so no one is priced out and work with adapted athletes. It's a lot and i love it but its hard to organize sometimes and remain ethical and profitable. By ethical I mean I dont want to price kids out of stuff but I have to keep the doors open. I would also like to hear about choosing a training philosophy I have spent a lot of time educating myself and learning from other coaches and buying programs and mentorship seminars to both learn and check m y knowledge and I come to two conclusions. Everything works if the prescription is correct to the athlete however that leaves a lot on the table still and it will make you insane if you try to make every single aspect individualized so finding the baseline protocols that i can always rely on and administer until it comes time to get specific is sometimes indecisive for me. I know what works but I never want to fall into the trap of hammering a square peg into a round hole so to speak but applying everything I know isnt the answer either. How do you manage that?

I hope I explained that well and you find a topic that might be beneficial or I haven't just asked for something you've already done as I haven't watched all of your content yet. However it has become one of my favorite channels and learning resources
