Creating extra fingers, eyes, arms, bones and stuff but by endgame his body gets messed up bc the characters do so much damage that the body can't keep up the healing until he looks like a blob with teeth.

Birkin mutating as the game goes on is still incredible to watch in the original game even today. The remake did a good job translating it too but I think I prefer how it was done in the old game.

Gonna be honest, Birkin's G4 form in the remake sucks compared to the original G4. It looks more like a generic monster than something that's actually intelligent and is constantly chasing you. Actually the more William mutates, the more he loses control of his own body he can’t do any thing about it. And when the eyes on the arm back or leg spots a human, William will try to control his legs and is very successful,but as the arm mutates more as seen in the remake he can’t control his body,so even trying to calm it, it would do nothing but get you infected or killed

I didn't like the design of william in darkside chronicles. I mean don't get me wrong, he looks like a freaking terminator in his 3rd form, but the thing is.... his body is too well proportioned. We are talking about a virus that mutates wildly. I think that aspect is best represented in re2 remake.
Everyone, even people who liked Darkside Chronicles, hated the overly shakey camera. I don't know why they added it since Umbrella Chronicles' camera was not nearly as bad.

Actually the more William mutates, the more he loses control of his own body he can’t do any thing about it. And when the eyes on the arm back or leg spots a human, William will try to control his legs and is very successful,but as the arm mutates more as seen in the remake he can’t control his body,so even trying to calm it, it would do nothing but get you infected or killed

I didn't like the design of william in darkside chronicles. I mean don't get me wrong, he looks like a freaking terminator in his 3rd form, but the thing is.... his body is too well proportioned. We are talking about a virus that mutates wildly. I think that aspect is best represented in re2 remake.

Everyone, even people who liked Darkside Chronicles, hated the overly shakey camera. I don't know why they added it since Umbrella Chronicles' camera was not nearly as bad.

3:58 if i remember correctly, the arenas where you fight G3 and G4 for Claire's 1st scenario are switched in the remake (G3 form is fought here while G4 is fought on the train elevator) plus, G5 looks more like a sarlacc pit and the vocals in the music are just creepy
