Blue dark will the courier service for both pickup and deliver? Yea they will charge you little bit extra. I just paid what they asked for i don't know transmission charges are because we don't have any alternate option.

I'm not 100% sure but if you defer from Jan it should be May intake rather than September. In case, it's September I believe you have to request for visa again.
