Hi, I have 2 doubts- in the consent form and another document i have to put the address same as the passport right ? also i have recently shifted so i have chosen the current address as pick up and drop address that is supposed to be on my envelope or shud i put address same as my passport?
The pick-up address should be your current address where you want your passport to be picked and dropped after it got stamped.

You just have to send the scanned copy of stamped passport to your agent to upload on your file 😊

In vfs office Chandigarh I visit for passport submission they give me slip to fill name , dob , eyes colour and height but with mistake I will wrong eyes colour nd height now what to do
