I begin to be concerned that gunhoo didn''t start to talk in korean. I hope he doesn't have difficulties to sperate the ferman and the korean because he seems to understand a lot, but he's not being understood.
Don't be too concerned. :D Gunhoo is speaking more and more Korean. It's intelligible, and he's using it appropriately. For instance, @33s he says "맞아..!!!" = "maja!" aka "that's right," playing along with being a scary bear. His response and body language also indicates that he totally understood what his dad was saying there. It's pretty sophisticated play: let's pretend to be scared of Gunhoo who's tranformed into a bear. btw, last week Gunhoo also correctly used that phrase with a cameraman. Two weeks before that, I heard him clearly enunciate the words for "dad" and "pants" in the correct situation. There are lots of other examples. I think because Gunhoo babbles so much more than the average toddler, it hides how many Korean/German/English words he knows. If he were quiet most of the time, and only spoke intelligible words, everyone would be calling him a trilingual 2 year old genius.
@@kirbyb3757 he also said "why me "we na?" laste week when Naeun was saying Gunhoo makes things hard for her and at the perfect time too! I think he understands what they are talking about and can talk but choses not too most of the time.
