I frequently get comments requesting more headache relief videos- and I'm more than happy to make these as I know from first hand experience how helpful they can be. In this video I only use a whispered voice, do lots of face touching, and guide you through relaxing various facial muscles to help ease tension.
I wanted to include the soft rain sounds and theta waves as I find for headache relief a calming white/brown background noise can really help give your tired mind something else to focus on. And it fills the empty space between words that's sometimes too jarring when your head hurts.
Let me know if you have any favorite headache relief tricks/sounds and maybe I can use those if I do another one like this!

This is an instant super classic for me. Theta waves individually creep me out. Rain alone doesn't clear my constant thoughts. But mixed with your voice and light speaking is perfect to clear my mind and drift off to sleep.
As someone who suffers from tension headaches and mild migraines chronically, I really appreciate this video and others you've done in this style. I'm currently lying down listening to this with a warm rice bag on my neck, a cool compress on my forehead, and acetaminophen in my stomach. And compared to when I started this video, I feel a bit better already. ❤

I mean this in the most sincere way- you remind me so much of Sally Jackson and she has been such a comfort ever since I was younger so now there’s an ASMRtist that reminds me of her and I feel so safe
Easily my new favorite from you. Slow face touching, temple massage, soft speech are my favorite triggers but almost all ASMR creators actually rub or touch their setups, usually harshly, which isn't necessary for the effect. This was perfect.
This is the first asmr video I’ve seen from your channel and I’m in love. I have epilepsy so my headaches are intense. This helped my migraine, stress, and I even fell asleep at one point. Thank you, definitely subscribing! 😊

I do not know why this 5 Hz pulse in the background works for me in this way, but it feels strangely soothing (even more so than your vids already always are).
This helped me stave off a migraine. I listened to it several times in a row. I would love a longer version, even if it's just this video repeated several times into one long video.

This was so needed, and your timing could hardly have been better. My apartment is really cold tonight: heat circulation has been hit and miss, and with almost -15 before windchill I'm running out of blankets to add to the sanctum. Emotional warmth has its limitations, but to be honest Mira, you have all the love in my soul for the small amount you've given. Because it counts.

From my experience I find that listening and watching ASMR the best volume is personally at 20 percent with earphones on. Certain colours keep persons awake at night while others help fall asleep. Green light is best for migraine headaches. I also experience listening to KJV Holy Bible Reading ASMR Videos most relaxing to fall asleep peacefully.
