He was speaking on their evidence which he has no knowledge of. When have you ever seen a prosecutor lay out their case on TV? I have yet to see any connection between the NYC mayor case and Diddy's as he claims. Seems like he was throwing a lot of crap on the wall and not backing with facts. A federal prosecutor will never come after someone like Diddy without having their ducks in a row. He knows nothing about this case or their evidence.
