Does it get engine fires a lot? Now that Preventative Maintenance is gone, which one is actually better on it?: Experimental Survival T3 or Modified Configuration?

it never happened to me, i have best puple reload, best aim, and the one to spot better the guys behind bushes etc, i think it's called cvs, theni have food, medi kit, repair kit

What does hp for modules mean? Is it the damage it takes to destroy the module when directly hit by a shell?
