In my opinion, I like JJK's animation more because it has more fluidity, character acting, better coloring and good choreography, I like Demon Slayer's animation too but JJK has more character acting while most of the time Demon Slayer characters move like any other anime, it's visually pleasing because of the still frames and that's one of the biggest factors why people call Demon Slayer's animation good, but for me details ≠ animation

Complete story doesn't make it better. It's hella predictable and relies on overly tragic backstories to fool the audience that the characters have character development. What's worse is that almost all the backstories r the same. Jjk has realism, actual character development, unpredictability, and has some emotions in there too.
demon slayer is literally so bad, tanjiro just gets the most random powerups that aren't even built up. None of the characters have personality either, lets compare someone like zenitsu and tanjiro. Zenitsu's character is just him simping for women and thats it, and after kaigaku that intense fight that seems like it changed him, you think he'd be a different person right? Wrong hes the exact same a few chapters later. His power is also horrible, he sleep and suddenly gains every single good leadership trait and he NEVER overcomes it. The only time he doesnt do it is during the Kaigaku fight and his character development is off the charts... because its below it. Ok maybe zenitsu's just a bad character to pick what about Tanjiro? He is literally coded to be a good boy, i watched every season, he has done nothing bad and has absolutely no weakness. He gets random power ups that aren't foreshadowed at all and are just pulled up out of no where. Demons slayer's characters are absolute garbage

Alright, let's talk about this so-called 'best' anime of the year, Demon Slayer. I don't know about you, but I find it to be a mediocre series at best. I mean, sure, the animation and fight scenes are top-notch, but that's about it. The rest of the series is just...meh.
But for some reason, people have hyped this series up to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Like, seriously? Have we all lost our standards or something? The writing is simple and uninspired, and it's been that way from the very beginning. I mean, I'm all for a good old shonen action anime, but this one just falls flat. And don't even get me started on the side characters.
Everyone is overrating them, saying they're the best when in reality, they're just bland and one-dimensional. Just because the two female characters in the series are responsible and strong (at least physically) doesn't automatically make them amazing. They need to have inner conflicts, drastic decisions driven by their emotions and beliefs, and they should act like actual females. But no, it's like the author, Gotoge, didn't even bother trying to give them any depth or character development.
And let's talk about Zenitsu. Why is he so overrated? What makes him so likable? I just don't see it. He's whiny and annoying, yet people all over the internet seem to simp over him. And don't even get me started on Asta from Black Clover. I mean, yeah, he screams a lot, but at least he has some likable traits. More than I can say for most of the Demon Slayer cast.
But hey, the series got extremely popular because it's 80% fight scenes and the animation is carried by the studio, Ufotable. Let's be real, if this series had been given the Pierrot or JC Staff treatment, people would be hating on it left and right. And can we also take a moment to appreciate how Sword Art Online got so much hate, but if it had been animated by Ufotable, people would be falling all over themselves to sing its praises?
Look, I'm sorry if I'm bursting anyone's bubble here, but Demon Slayer is just not that enjoyable to me. And it definitely does not deserve the amount of praise that people are blindly projecting onto it. Let's talk about that plot armor, shall we? And those huge plot holes, like how Tanjiro can communicate with dead people, Inosuke being able to move his organs like it's no big deal, Genya having powers to absorb traits from demons he eats, and Nezuko not being affected by sunlight despite being a demon? The author never bothers to go into depth about any of these issues and just throws them in for the sake of convenience. And don't even get me started on that unsatisfying ending.
So, come on people, let's stop overhyping this series and see it for what it really is - just another average, overrated shonen anime.

Complete story doesn't make it better. It's hella predictable and relies on overly tragic backstories to fool the audience that the characters have character development. What's worse is that almost all the backstories r the same.
Jjk has realism, actual character development, unpredictability, and has some emotions in there too.

demon slayer is literally so bad, tanjiro just gets the most random powerups that aren't even built up. None of the characters have personality either, lets compare someone like zenitsu and tanjiro. Zenitsu's character is just him simping for women and thats it, and after kaigaku that intense fight that seems like it changed him, you think he'd be a different person right? Wrong hes the exact same a few chapters later. His power is also horrible, he sleep and suddenly gains every single good leadership trait and he NEVER overcomes it. The only time he doesnt do it is during the Kaigaku fight and his character development is off the charts... because its below it. Ok maybe zenitsu's just a bad character to pick what about Tanjiro? He is literally coded to be a good boy, i watched every season, he has done nothing bad and has absolutely no weakness. He gets random power ups that aren't foreshadowed at all and are just pulled up out of no where. Demons slayer's characters are absolute garbage
