Hello Brad! i have been enjoying and learing a lot form your tutorial videos. Thank you for making them. I would like to see some video on calibrating and using a cylindrical probe. especialy when i want to measure a thin edge with the shak portion of the tip rather than the spherical edge. I would appriciate it very much if you guide me to some videos on this topic please.
Thank you for your comments. Things may be changing for me soon that would allow me to provide some more videos. What kind of training or tips would be helpful for you?
I am a new inspector in a cnc machine shop and am trying to handle education the best I can using the tesa/ hexagon systems on a discovery 3 Sheffield CMM. I don't mind paying out of pocket but as the other commenter pointed out, Hexagons package is well over 2K and from my own inquires costs even more as the system utilized in my situation is a few years older than what they have going on in that workshop. I believe the biggest focuses I would like to see, is programming for inspecting production parts and ideas for the CMM fixturing, understanding calibrating probes like what this video has shown off (I am excited to attempt this.) and tips and tricks on ensuring repeatable measuring from one cmm to another using GD&T.@@Byoung5198

I'm working on aquiring another license of PCMDIS as my demo license expired. I hope to be able to create more videos soon.
Thanks for the video, like the other commentator I too would love to see and learn more about the Hexagon CMM systems.
