Thorn Countess will be available once your server will be open for 300 days. For the fortified wall, I'd recommend you build all 4 walls to lvl 10 then work from there.
In my opinion he doesn’t deserve this money. You are using only one tank,so Guardian + lady will be perfect match. But at the end your money your choice:)

For MBT and Helis, I believe Valkyrie is better suited. For L tank, I'd go for Lady Justice
