So basically Roman was jealous of his brother the entire time. He was jealous that he was happily married, in love, and successful. He could’ve had the same if he wasn’t so abusive.

Imagine her husband survives and she has to explain that she's pregnant with his brother's child because she thought it was her husband inside his brother's body.

I mean I couldn’t me bad at her. They brother was very convincing and she was missing her husband so much that she was willing to accept a miracle.

Is it just me or what? Once she found the evidence and stuff I would have pretended to be excited about his idea or feigned ignorance and totally gone with it until she could’ve got out of the house. Like the movie was good till she decided to play the worst strategy.
All she needed to to was pretend that something was wrong with the baby and that she was in pain. He would have rushed her to the hospital.

I get she thought Roman was ryan but has it crossed in her mind the baby won't be Ryan's biological child and she was sleeping and kissing someone else's body but not her husband physically. I know she misses him but come on can't you wait to see the real ryan to wake up.

If she believed they’d somehow swapped bodies she probably thought Roman was in Ryan’s body still in the coma, so why would she wait and want to be with Roman just because he had her husbands face?

The husband is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.
I enjoy recaps like this, where I don't have to watch the crappy movie, but get the gist and good parts in a fraction of the time.
I remember my lady rented this, and we definitely both fell asleep and never revisited it.
That's how I feel about most of these recaps...even knowing how the movie ends, I can tell if I want to watch the entire movie or not.
Watching movie recaps sure does save time! Some movies are too slow to get the storyline moving, while others are just a waste of time...👍😉
This movie is a remake of the Korean one Addicted (2002). Although the main plot twist is the same, a lot of important details are completely different (especially the ending). If you haven't seen the American remake, please watch the Korean original version. It is brilliant. I watched it years ago and still remember.

I actually watched this movie, and you skipped an important part where Jess found Roman/Ryan, sitting in a dark room, saying that he could still feel original roman inside of him. I think that Ryan was actually in Roman’s body until Ryan started to get worse in the hospital, and then Roman was able to take over his body again. Because how else would you explain them having simultaneous episodes ; when Ryan was in hospital having seizures and Roman would also be greatly affected ie heart palpitations, and dizzy spells, plus when Roman finally dies he has this cold breath that leaves his mouth while simultaneously Ryan died in the hospital, but then jolted back to life long enough to weaken his brother, so that his wife could stab him. I do believe they wanted this to be open to interpretation though.
This movie is definitely underrated though
I believe it bc he wouldn’t have known those intimate things bc Roman wasn’t there

A man with bad temper and poor judgement can't fake being another reasonable, patient person for a whole year. If he could, he wouldn't be in this position. And what about little mannerisms, habits in bed, etc?
How can she fall for this trap? I mean soul swapping really? No matter how much he acts . I would look for signs if he was really who he was . specially knowing who Roman was as a person.

She was grieving and hoping to get her husband back. People in those states are extremely easy to trick because their mind isn’t always stable.
Thanks for the recap. I just want to point out one thing though, Jess got an ultra sound exam not an X ray scan. X ray is contraindicated during pregnancy because it can lead to fetal malformations.
X rays of pregnant bellies also look super creepy lol because you see the baby's insides

I feel like the brother just stole his brothers wallet and the doctors got confused on who was who so they used reconstructive surgery to make the bad brother look like the good brother it’s a stretch, but I saw an episode of CSI or this happened

Well in my opinion when I see or watch this movie Roman is the first one who saw Jessica or the first one who fall for her, but the thing is Jessica fall to Ryan, well that's because Ryan is so sweet caring loving and so on, but in the other hand Ryan is opposite to Roman who is violent or rebel that. But Roman is hurting the girls or whatever unlike Ryan he don't hurt, so that's why Jess fall to Ryan and Jess is scared of Roman because of what he did and there. But later on lots of things change and that.

I just saw this movie it was absolutely TERRIBLE like seriously Jess I know you miss your husband but that doesn't mean you should sleep with someone else. Ya his acting made him believe they switched bodies but that doesn't excuse that it's a different body, I was hoping for her to abort that damn child or lose the baby after the fight.
To be fair, Roman aka Lee Pace is sexy.
