🍄 I have yet to see the actual in Netflix but the end of Reiner vs Eren in this episode reminded me of All Might in USJ when he was trying hard to stand strong to show his enemy that he can still fight but deep inside he had nothing left anymore and that he was just hoping the enemy simply gives up and leave. Can't wait to watch it this coming Friday on Netflix

The thing is I understand why gabbie did it but damn its sad at the same time just shows how good of a show aot is

🍄This was a great episode! It was so well done! I guess my favorite episodes are the saddest (like perfect game, hero, and midnight sun). I didn't expect this part to take up a whole episode. They took it a little slower this time and I am glad they did (this episode was about 1.25 chapters, but the other episodes have usually been about 2 chapters). I think my favorite scene from this episode was the talk between Gabi and Falco. The music and voice acting in that scene just made it so much better! It's interesting seeing these two people with different perspectives on life and different experiences of the recent events talking. Gabi is much more brainwashed toward hating the Eldians on Paradise and she saw multiple people close to her die right in front of her. Falco is a more caring person and was in the room with Eren and Reiner. Eren said they're the same and talked about what happened to him. Falco didn't experience everything Gabi experienced and vise versa. Anyways, that scene was really well done. I also cried when Sasha was shot, and then again when Connie announced she died. It also made me sad when the people were kicking Gabi and Falco because I do not hate Gabi, like many do. I never did. I'm also, along with Jean, wondering when the killing will end.
Spoiler warning to any anime only people:
Even though Sasha is dead, I like that she comes back in flashbacks multiple times, so it's almost like she's still there. She also indirectly affects Gabi's growth and change through Kaya and Sasha's family. It's interesting that Sasha killed people in front of Gabi. Then Gabi kills Sasha. Then, a person saved earlier by Sasha helps Gabi (and Falco). Also, I love Sasha's father and am looking forward to seeing him in the coming episodes. He is a genuinely good person, which is rare in this show. The scene coming up at the dinner with Niccolo is probably one of my favorite scenes. It's so intense, has interesting information, and really shows the cycle of hatred and violence continuing, but then Sasha's father forgives Gabi. I looked it up and he says a very good quote. " Just when I thought she'd left the forrest, the whole world was one big one. It was still kill or be killed. I think Sasha got killed 'cause she wandered too far in that forrest. We've gotta let the children outta this jungle, at the vet least. Else the same same thing just gonna happen again and again. As adults, it's our responsibility to shoulder the sins and hatred of the past."
