I just want to say I love these jp mini movies. It's just what us jurassic fans need. Please don't stop.

I think the best part about these shorts are, you give every dinosaur in this franchise a spotlight rather than just going for the obvious ones. I was expecting a T-Rex, or Blue (Velociraptor). But giving a quetz the spotlight was unexpected.
I was expecting a carno or a allo to be the cause of the missing cow.
I love quetzs they are so underrated

I’m glad someone has finally addressed how terrifying these giant pterosaurs are, I mean just look at how they’re built! Giant wings, long necks and a long sharp beak which could easily fit a human in. If I ever saw these in the sky, I’d be packing an A-K 47 at all times.

Just watching a pelican can give us a horrifying idea of how horrifying these things would actually be. If we presume their behavior was anything like a pelican's then their general philosophy in life was "Stuff it in my mouth and hope I don't suffocate trying to swallow." They would eat just about anything they come across, even if it's actually too big for them, and anything that isn't too big? Well, down it goes. Forget T-Rex or Velociraptors, at least with them you're gonna be in pieces. A Quetzalcoatlus might just swallow you whole.
I'd level up to a rocket launcher, minimum. Maybe a portable mini-gun, with a fully loaded ammo backpack.
Guys, taking down a dinosaur in real life isn't like it would be in the movies.. An AK47 would be decent in taking something like this down... Just because its big doesn't mean its bulletproof. A TREX could technically be killed with ease with a wide variety of small arms.
The animation only gets better and the cinematography is very impressive considering it is the work of a single person. Congratulations.

There is a book called primitive war (about dinosaurs in Vietnam, it’s really good and I highly recommend it) where there was two qutez that casually swooped down and tore a man in half. No remorse, no anger, just the way a bird picks an insect off the ground. Glad to see this channel showing that these animals can be terrifying

Paleontology has truly come a long way since, like, the 70s. When I was a kid, paleontologists often complained about movies and cartoons depicting giant pterosaurs that could easily catch and carry a grown man. Now we know there's such a thing as Quetzalcoatlus. 🦖

Dominion was definitely a broken promise. Nothing “world” about it at all. I love that this short film actually shows a dangerous scenario with an average person like a farmer. JW Dominion gave us yet another facility, a neutered anticlimactic boss dino fight, and um…prehistoric bugs? Gosh it sucked so bad it makes me angry at what could have been. THIS HERE THO, IS EPIC.
@@kristoonz Battle at Big Rock honestly did a better job of being what fans wanted from Dominion than anything we saw in Dominion itself...
They say that they're gonna make more movies, but just not with jurassic in it, it is the same world tho. It will prob show the world depicted like this.

Hey Ali. I have an idea for a new episode of this, so basically it's going off the lost world arcade game where two personell are doing a servey of isla sorna. When suddenly they discover an abandoned boat and they go to investigate, but what they don't know is this would lead to their death. So they hop aboard the boat to find no one when suddenly, a splash ripples near by the boat. The two personell investigate to find nothing, but when they turn around a large figure leaps out of the water with the appearance of a giant alligator. They have encountered a deinosuchus. They try to escape but the deinosuchus catches up to one of them and rips them apart. His partner stares in horror and doesn't notice the second one behind him and proceeds to be eaten. The screen then turns to black and fades into a newspaper saying, 2 men disappear after serveyance of unknown island.

I mean... I know Jaws can be boiled down to "a bunch of people get eaten by a big shark" but there's a bit more to it.
Why, for example, should we remotely care about the two schmucks who get eaten?

Is it just me, or there's a huge jump. I think the animation in this one is incredibly far better than the others, or at least details wise.

This was great! I think you found your new content: horror stories set on the mainland post JW Dominion.
The Dinotracker marketing team did a great job making little clips to highlight dinosaurs in our world, but the movie, utterly failed at capitalizing on those stories and events. You would have unlimited videos you could do based on that alone.
Looking forward to part 2. Hopefully, you can make the characters talk in the future. Even if it's just you voicing over their motionless mouth.

Its ironic how Im watching this after I watched prehistoric planet. It was pretty amazing to learn that pterosaurs were just as tall as giraffes, so we def would have been considered prey for them. Like a pelican with a fish

Man, I can't describe what an incredible job you did. Waiting for more dino horror movies.
If I would be so bold, I'd like to give you my two cents on what your next short film would be about.
Basically, there are two campers who got lost in the abandoned Biosyn island from Dominion, and they were hunted by a Deinonychus pack. The next time we see the duo, they are hiding from the pack when a Dimetrodon appeared and killed one of them, leaving the other one to panic and run away, only for them to run into the Deinonychus pack, which consumed them posthaste.
Dude this entire time I've thought it was a carnotaurus taking the cows. when I found out it was a quetzalcoatlus man that was a shock. I love twists like this keep up the good work man I'm can't wait for part 2 I wish I would have found your channel a lot sooner this is amazing work man. I'm not even going to lie I'd rather watch your videos over modern-day movies and TV shows any day your work deserves a reward.

What a piece of art!
I was speculating it couldn't be a giant theropod because they make noise with they footsteps, and Velociraptor are not so strong to take off a Cow except to be a Velociraptor pack. The Quetzalcoatlus was a good surprise and shows why it could face a T-Rex in the past. And why the azdarchids were the apex predators in Hateg Islands.

I liked how you used Prehistoric Planet Quetzalcoatlus noises instead of the Jurassic World Dominion ones, plus the wing shape is more accurate than the Dominion Quetz's wings. :D

This was an AWESOME one! At first I was going to criticize the fact that this Texan cattle rancher didn't have a gun, until he showed up on the last night with one, as for the perpetratiror itself, I didn't expect it to be a Qeutzalcoatlus! Also, S-Tier decision using the voice of the Qeutzalcoatlus from Pre-historic Planet. Awesome stuff! I hope in Part 2 you have that creature gallop like a giraffe!
