I wish you could find a way to do “motivational speaking’” in schools or young offenders institutions and really spell it out that time in prison isn’t something to aspire to. I’m really pleased you’ve turned your life around 😊. Keep going up and up!

Thank you for giving us an insight to your journey Ricky and please yes part 3. Anyone who’s watched this and not subscribed please do so, it will help Ricky so much. I was lucky and didn’t get prison I got 24 month suspended because I was seriously mentally I’ll at the time of my court hearing. I have turned my life around and now help people who have been released or had a suspended. It’s amazing that I got the job, I never thought I would get employment again but was given a chance, now I work with criminal justice system and try my best to help those with anxiety etc in groups or help those who can’t fill out forms etc. one more thing #freecharlesbronson.

I thank God I'm a Country Boy, not a Townie. I didn't have anyone to "look up too", I just obeyed the Old Man. In retrospect,I had trees and open sky to look up to. I guess townies have different outlooks and needs. 'In country', what made a bloke stand out, was how good a worker he was, and how good a shot either with a rifle, or a 12; Oh, and if you could play rugby any good: that helped!. We could 'look after ourselves', but that never invovled shooters, knives or any weapons, apart from fist, chop-hand, head.......and all that. Feck towns, cities and people. Vile things.

Congratulations on your Ruthless Fitness book, Ricky. Personal training is my career, so I'm interested in your story.
Please could you do a video on HMP Wakefield? I've been past it on the train and it looks formidable, like Colditz. You might already have covered this prison in your Hannibal video which I've not yet watched. Also, I think Jeremy Bamber (currently in HMP Wakefield) was in HMP Frankland early on in his life sentence. Did you come across him at any point, and what was your impression of him?

They can turn the locks but they can't stop the clocks. I went to a cat d at end of long sentence and met a lot of great lads from the dispersal system, best lads I met in prison was all in for murder doing 25 to 35 year stretch, you should seen 1 who just done a 32 stretch out of 35 and landed in my prison. He was in shock because he was used to being escorted by 5 or 6 screws all time handcuffs in the cat a,s . I ended up good pals with him , I had 3 good friends in prison and all 3 was in for murder but changed their lives and great lads.

Love your content m8 but i seen many channels lose out because they go about non subscribed views and patrons leave that stuff till the end of the video and leave them and ads in 30 or 60 seconds sections so premium ( maybe might not need it ) can double click and skip it because it gets repetitive fast the odd reminded is ok but every show people get tired or distracted and change channel, i know its annoying but i average 45 plus hours of youtube for analytics and notice these things, im just a random guy ignore me if u want but its sound advice, love the show it will grow just takes times.
