The listing price to value makes sense. The property is luxurious without being over the top. I use to live in Jensen Beach in the early 1970s, it has always been one of the more "affordable" and underrated coastal communities in the country.

I watched the Hillsboro tour so many times, and now this Jensen Beach Home! I love all of South FL but its just something about those small low key coastal towns. I have loves this house and location since I first saw it.
It is surrounded by water on all sides and I can't even swim due to leg cramping since I was young but I would still live there had I had the chance.

I get the impression the home belonged to a rich banker, a man who works hard and plays hard and wants his home to reflect being at the top of his game. He's a bit no-nonsense, doesn't suffer fools gladly but is very generous. He likes to look out at the view of the ocean and feels that nothing is too wonderful to happen.

Beautiful Oceanfront modern design home near the city I live in Jensen Beach. I like the fact that the house is surrounded by water and the nice Jensen Beach mall is close by. I like the house back bathrooms with the rock bowl sink. I like the house master bedroom with a nice view of the pool and the sea. I like the little Buddha statuette on the floor, I am going to copy that in my house. I like the black marble kitchen, I like the black living room and kitchen. Lastly, I like the pool. The price of this house is very good for a developed area like Jensen Beach, Stuart, and Port Saint Lucie.
