I'd love to see a Nina & Monk talk show. 😄 In 2013 though she was a regular with Monk in the Christopher Guest show Family Tree. It got decent reviews, especially Nina, but unfortunately it lasted 8 episodes.

She's not just giving a masterclass, she's giving THEORY, PRACTICE, EXAMPLES, COMPLEXITY and PLUS, it's a CONTINUOUS VIDEO: no cuts, no edition, no she reading a board or cues. This is amazing!. @Leo Smileater Actually, Nina's technique is nowhere near as good as the late RAY ALAN. He truly was the master at his craft. There wasn't a single word that Ray Alan had the least bit of trouble pronouncing, whereas Nina has great difficulty pronouncing her 'b's' (and other consonants) even though she has been at her craft for over a decade. That's why Monkey has such a strange, lisping voice. Jeff Dunham's technique is MILES AHEAD of what Nina Conti is capable of, and-quite frankly-he is A LOT funnier than her, too. Furthermore, Jeff is constantly writing new routines and material, whereas Nina has been doing pretty much the same routines and material for many years now, with the exception of these improvised, 'stream of consciousness' "performances" she self-records in her home.

Monk said, you have to have a sense of humor. I have one, a little twisted like yours. My puppets are unique, and always bring laughter. I learn from your shows. Thanks for your gift. Nina,you are without a doubt the best ventriloquist I've ever seen,and the sexual innuendo from monkey just makes the whole act so funny,incredible talent,people don't realise how difficult it is to be a successful ventriloquist. I've watched all your videos and my favourites are definitely the psychiatrist sessions with doctor Lennen. Keep up the great work,we all need more laughter in our lives, its the best medicine. Us Aussies have a pretty good sense of humour, you and monkey definitely bring out the real belly laughter.
OMG!!!!!! This is so brilliant! I have a peculiar neurological condition called “mirror touch synesthesia.” It’s complex, but in a nutshell it means if I see you stub your toe, MY TOE hurts too. So I kind of enter into the felt experience of whatever I’m watching. The way she works this is mind boggling! It’s more than just practice, skill, etc. Somebody needs to put these two in a fMRI, physically and mentally what she’s doing here is AMAZING.

You're (Nina) are telling us specific legit (I presume) things about ventriloquism technique, arguing with your ventriloquist object, and laced into your dialog is humble-bragging about your vocal technique. And ultimately, the brilliance of your work is that it is a conscious effort, even with you specifically discussing your vocal technique, to remind my brain that there's only one conscious entity on screen.
I am in bed and pain has woken me up from sleep. I am watching to keep my mind off of my pain. It may be odd that these clips cause me to feel more normal. I don't think about the pain as much when i am watching.

I hope that these 10 episodes are a "test run". Once you find out how popular they are, how funny, how brilliant, you'll find a way to bring us many more, in the foreseeable future.

In this video, we see that you must split yourself into two personalities, you, and your puppet. But actually, it's not necessarily splitting yourself. You just choosing a personality and displaying it. I love that. I noticed the books on the bed. I'm guessing that you're subtly hinting that anyone that wants to learn ventriloquism should get those books.
Oh my goodness! I have always been a little impressed by ventriloquists but ... my word that was freaky and brilliant combined! As I have commented previously, the biggest compliment I can give is that I forget it's a ventriloquist act and just enjoy it as a double handed {:D} comedy
