Synopsis:
When a solar eclipse sends a colossal blast of super chilled air towards the earth, it then sets off a catastrophic chain of events that threatens to engulf the world in ice and begin a new Ice Age.

Her blood sugar 58, she doesn’t need insulin, she needs sugar n consuming all that water brings it down lower. Movies/Tv are funny how they have diabetes backwards sometimes. Type 1 speaking here
She needs the chocolate bars she asked for.
Giving insulin to 58 blood sugar level will kill.

i love this movies, even is the lowest budget............is an amazing movie, with good actors..
It's so cold if the fog touches you you instantly turn to ice and are dead. So jump in the car, leave the windows wide open and drive off. As much of it as I could manage without breaking into laughter.
Maybe he knew that closing the window wouldn’t help. But wasting that time would have killed them?

So In 2000 in Hot Springs AR on Christmass day we were privelaged to have only 2 1/2 inches of ice. Just west of Gurdon they had 7 inches. Trees were laying across a road through a forest there 6 deep from each side!

FYI. The Celebrity cruise ship works on generator power. It can power a small city. There is enough fuel to propel the ship at 24 knots for thousands of miles. SO if this were true the people on the cruise would have survived.

🎉I think they may have got the diabetes part wrong if your numbers are low you need glucose gel not insulin after taking gel you need to eat 🎉 good film though. I'm DT1 😊
I totally agree. If your numbers are low, you need to take glucose gel. Insulin will make your numbers go lower even lower. That's why earlier in the movie she asked for candy bars. Except for that, great movie.
She also made the comment that her last injection was 2 days ago..so eating those candy bars would skyrocket the glucose and her insulin would have worn off even sooner than it did so I'm thinking her blood sugars are ridiculously high which can cause coma as well

Well in Siberia normally is around 70-80 F during winter times...nobody has died at these temperatures...not to mention instantly...and every 4 m the warming is with 1K degrees, so at certain distsnce it should loose "its coldness

If anyone is wondering, this movie is also called “Ice Tornado”. For whatever reason, they spliced part of the middle of the movie at the very beginning for this one.
