I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and I have slid off the ball doing my pelvic floor therapy exercises and general baby positioning exercises. Highly suggest grippy socks for more stability when on the ball. You’re amazing ❤

You can use KY Jelly for the Doppler instead of ultrasound gel
You can use aloe gel that u use for sunburns for the Doppler. U can get some that don’t have the menthol in it.
Awww y’all are so cute! Also you can use Aloe Vera gel as the “jelly”!!! That’s what I used with my baby girl and it work perfectly 🩷

I had a Doppler like that and sounds weird but I didn't want to take the time to order the ultrasound jelly so I went to the store and I bought water based lube and it works exactly the same
