I remade this video, because I've grown to prefer this recording. I also wanted to use two-pages-per-slide, as opposed to the original (which was one-page-per-slide), so as to be consistent with the rest of my Atterberg scores; the original version of this video was only the second score video I'd made, so I hadn't developed a good system for video editing yet. In addition, I think the cuts between pages are a lot cleaner here, and the resolution goes up to 1080p.
Certainly, the score has been upgraded to two sheets and the resolution has improved since the last edition. And as you said, the performance and sound are excellent. I'd never heard of Atterberg, but tis is a wonderful piece the final pages of which were profound. His music is always listenable to, but this was terrific! The horn concerto is marvellous and I'm going to learn that. `Does anybody else hear a bit of Sibelius in this composers work?
