Brief explanations of the functions of some of these areas/buildings:
'Running Program' -- Once the location of a circular gravel running track, with palm tree in the middle. Sea Org members would be sent to run around the palm trees for hours, or days, at a time as a form of punishment.
RTC Building -- The most expensive building on the property, costing around 70 million dollars to construct. It is the home of the Religious Technology Center, the Scientology subsidiary chaired by David Miscavige. The giant building mostly acts as Miscavige's personal offices.
Bonnie View -- A mansion built for Scientology founder L Ron Hubbard after his death. Sea Org members believed LRH would 'return' one day, and so built this mansion in anticipation.
'The Hole' -- This is in fact not a building, but no trailer attached together. Originally office space, it was later converted into a room where Sea Org members would be confined 24-hours-a-day as punishment. Bars would added over the windows and a security guard was posted outside at all time.
Lake, Island & Bridge -- Sea Org members would be woken up, march out to the island in the middle of the night, and be pushed into the water while fully-clothed as a form of punishment.
'G Units' -- A small complex of bungalows where visitors to the base would stay. This includes celebrity members such as Tom Cruise, and non-Scientologists that were at the base to direct or star-in movies.
Middle & Lower Villas -- These buildings house executive apartments and other living facilities.
'Star of California' -- A replica clipper ship used to host community events.

I’ve done deliveries there approximately 18 years ago. By appointment time a lady would meet me at the gate and ride in my truck to a dock at MCI dining hall and receive deliveries then ride back with me to the gate. She was pleasant and would make small talk but was very reserved and carful. The place then was not what it is now in this video. Dilapidated busses, scooters and bicycles everywhere, rough looking trailers, tough landscaping and foliage. Drivers would pass the buck on who was going to make the deliveries. It was a weird vibe in that place. I felt sorry for the people that resided there and always had to just put it out of my mind after every trip.

We should get 50+ drone operators and all fly their drones into the site. Get down low and film it all. With 50+ drones all over the site, what are they going to do? NOTHING other than panic loll

I was one of the two gardeners who took care of the grounds before it was bought by the nut squad. It was a nice place until then. The head gardener was a wonderful friend named Steave Penovitch. He taught me a lot about plants and gardening in general. I will never forget this beautiful man.

I was a "local staff member" in Cinci and Cbus for 20 years +-. And as with any "credible" tax-exempt religion, they can sucker anyone into working for nothing while not paying taxes. I don't necessarily believe anyone should pay taxes, but these guys shouldn't be exempt if I have to pay. Thanks for the info.

The condition of the sports fields near the running pole says a lot about the current state of $cientology.

The fencing around the ENTIRE place including the mountain side and near the water tank, the lack of any people there, the lack of clear & easy access across the highway (tunnels)
If you told me this was a “president’s getaway complex” I’d believe you. The fact it’s a “religion” is really disturbing.
    Great footage!

To see how much property they have is mind-boggling. I've only seen bits & pieces, usually entrance gate. To see it the whole place. The ONLY way scientology reminds me of other religions is the vast amount of money & property they have. I fully believe all religious organizations should lose their tax exempt status. They are trying influence how people vote & inserting themselves in government affairs. The archdiocese in Boston, MA alone is sitting on so much property & they were trying to get out of compensating the survivors of the priests, bishops, & cardinals who assaulted them.
