I think some of the funniest ones have to be the Crucible Cast Party and the Wells Fargo Wagon Parody. Ones a perfect reenactment of a high school post show cast party that accurately and hilariously pulls out every high school theater program trope. The other is a clever explanation and call out to the Wells Fargo scandals from throughout the years.
You forgot the sketch with Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey singing the song "Saturday Nights", which was a parody of "Summer Nights" from Grease. The sketch was on Jimmy Fallon's last show as an SNL cast member. I loved that sketch!!! 😂
Of course the Legally Blonde sketch is based directly on a infamous video clip on RUclips. I guess it's a badge of honour for those who were in that production....
There's also a SNL parody where Mary Poppins (played by Anne Hathaway) explains what Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is; spoiler alert, it's a disease of the liver that's fatal and contagious (the latter being for grown-ups). There's also the SNL skit for "You're a Rat Bastard, Charlie Brown" which is obviously a parody of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown."
greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷 here a low-budget TV station tried to make a version of SNL but quickly failed (note: the program WASN'T ON SATURDAYS, IT WAS NOT ON AT NIGHT, AND IT WASN'T DONE LIVE 🤣🤣🤣 It could have been called "SUNDAY AFTERNOON RECORDED" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m a Gen X and I remember putting the VHS tape of, “Sixteen Candles” for my 9 year old daughter. Yeah…totally forgot about the booby shower scene and date rape 🤦🏼♀️
was waiting for this one to be identified...the cold open with the entire cast taking part. It would have been late 80s-early 90s with my guess on the latter without actually looking it up
Hej all, I cannot for the life of me find that Mucisal Promo Scetch about the little ditties we sing to ourselves - does anybody have a link to that one? Thanks :)

The Sound of Music one with Ariana Debose was absolutely HILARIOUS! I never thought you could use Queen Latifah so well as a lyric 🤣.
@@laurayo3325nah, Ariana was introduced as another governess by Maria played by Kate Mckinnon. Trust me… I’ve DEVOURED that sketch 😂
I was originally concerned that Lobster Diner wasn't appearing, but am relieved to find it is ranked #1 (as it should). Lobster Diner is a classic!

Concur with both your picks!

I remember that!

Norm Macdonald's west side story parody should be number one, let alone not even on the list!
The annie one was funny. Making daddy warbucks a cannibal was great
So glad Diner Lobster was #1. It was an instant classic.
Lobster Diner is hilarious. Kenan as the crustacean Jean Valjean - priceless.

cobras and panthers (west side story parody)
I was waiting for that one!
@@BClarke me too
I remember the “Saturday Nights” parody with Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey!
This was a great list!! The Sound of Music was so funny. 😂 And RENT subbing diabetes for HIV. Perfection.😂
Thank you my friend. 😊
As soon as they started increasing Rolf's age more and more, I totally saw that ending coming 😂
Every once in a while “there is no Seattle. There is no Denver. There’s just looooooooove.” gets stuck in my head. 😅
To me, it would definitely be "HSM 4". Happy saturday afternoon, Emily, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well.
A historically accurate The Greatest Showman. That needs to happen
It wasn’t in this clip, but when Anne Hathaway sings Mary Poppins “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”
No mention of the "Cats" skit with James Van Der Beek? Harrumph!
SpongeBob and Beetlejuice! RANKING All Songs from Said Musicals!
Omg love all these musicals

The Legally Blonde one was making fun of the Red Room show.
You should do when George Lopez tackled serious issues
Wells Fargo Wagon parody with Lin Manuel Miranda?!?!
How was Cobras & Panthers not on this list?!?
No one spoofs theatre kids better than former theatre kids.
The HSM 4 one with Zac Efron is so underrated.
Nope, not in my neighborhood. Friend's mother had a local Dance Studio, some in local children's theater and musicals.
SING 3: Saturday Nightmare
Mary Katherine Gallagher's school doing "West Side Story" with Teri Hatcher should have been here.
The Steve Martin monologue that's a Something's Coming parody
I find it very odd that the 'Save Broadway' skit predicted Phantom closing last year.
I love it
You left out a classic from 1977, Leonard Pinth-Garnell's "Bad Musical," Leeuwenhoek! It's a Broadway musical about the inventor of the microscope.
No mention of David Byrne being in the airport sketch.
I was disappointed that they did the wicked lick at the end of that one number, and did not go up for the rebound.
John Mulaney is a musical genius, and if you have not seen documentary now, do yourself a favor and watch co-op the musical!
Please do top 10 best tom kenny voice roles
My daughter’s first play. Guys and Dolls, middle school 8th grade. Awful and awkward. Exactly like the sketch.
Hi!
You've never seen the Steve Martin and cast musical number how they are gonna give it their best. Not sure what year but Chris Farley was in it

Not acknowledging David Byrne’s appearance in the Airport Sushi sketch is an embarrassing oversight. Shameful.
The way I knew the legally blonde one probably resembled that one RUclips video
It is VERY OK to find this funny
😂😂😂😂😂😂
What would I do without Ms Mojo explaining all the obvious stuff - gee thanks 😆
