You could also get some freshie equipment then get the small round bell and dye it
He cooked and gave us the recipe, it is now our duty to cook for ourselves. Idk bout anyone else but I'm definitely making some slight alterations and doing this myself.
If anyone is wondering about the mantras/modifiers that he uses are its "Master's Flourish/blessed gem, Twincleave/blessed gem, Flashdraw Strike/blue gem, Revenge/wind gem, and Shoulder Bash/blessed gem" your welcome: edit if you guys are wondering what sword he has it's "razorcutless"

you dont have to stick to the stranded outfit but rather you can craft another armor and then transmog to the stranded and still have some good defensive stats
unfortunately, stranded is impossible to craft after 😭

You can do duke pretty easily at power ~10 with some mantras and if you want just get someone to spam duke with you and 5-6 dukes you should get bell and it's safer and probably easier than chaser
ferryman is easier than duke and it gives more bell progression

This is the deepwoken equivalent of going to route one in pokemon and asking why people are so weak
fun fact: if youre power 1 and have maxed out bell prog, it takes exactly 23 wave 5's for bell
you should really transmog a Pathfinder Lantern because it completely makes your bell invisible
you could get a starter weapon like falchion or a messer or a vigil sword and alloy it to look more like a freshie
You could use monster mantras since they deal good dmg too
You can also use pathfinder lantern to hide your bell
