Have you tried 3,3~4, hold up 4 at the walk instead of 1,3~4 hold Up 4? I was messing around in practice and that seemed to also always work and deals more damage than jab. Try it for yourself and tell me what you think

I hate characters with a story buff. Considering her default stance, I personally would put Jun to a hospital with a two-punch starting combo. Her strikes are ridiculous and wouldn't do any damage to a real fighter.
