It's easy
1.- go to the moddb page and download the rar
2.- Go to the "My games" folder , then Open the hotlinemiami2 folder, then the levels folder and then the campaigns folder
3.- paste the folder of the rar in there
4.- Open hotline Miami
5.- Open the the level editor and change from levels to campaigns
6.- search for the campaign
7.- enjoy
