I don’t believe this works anymore, it seems RUclips has changed the way audio settings work. I have unlisted this video but on the off chance you still made your way here, this method doesn’t work.

Figured it out. Have to have Dolby atmos off in your phones sound settings. For some reason that sound setting in RUclips isn't there with Dolby atmos enabled

For anyone wondering. Idk if I shut it off from my android (samsung) .. or on the utube app, there is only a an option to shut off accessibility controls through accessibility option on utube video .. like the time and play button, option for CC etc. I don't even see a audio description or DVS - direct vision standard option. Anyway, problem solved, but I can't tell you how definitively to turn on and off and I don't see an option like on a hulu or Amazon. Ty for video, though. Again, tv and phone are different. Also, I'm an advanced tech geek, so it's very frustrating. I could build a computer before I found option if it even exists. Lol.
