You can use any program for this. Windows movie maker, sony vegas, adobe premiere, anything. You can make it look like this with little effort. The rest is up to how you design it.

と聞こえるために

基本的にこの歌詞は現代日本語ではなく、少し古い時代の日本語になります。戸川純は「英訳される場合、古い英語で翻訳されたい。」と望んでいます。
