I workshopped this exact same deck with someone literally a couple hours before you posted this yesterday, that’s insane! I’m a big Red Card hater, so I’d run 2 Sabrina before I run a Red Card, but it’s still cool to see we both came up with virtually the same deck!
Im running two wiggly ex lines 2 greninja lines and one omastar. Its won almost every game. You can actually use two water shurikens per turn while the opponents asleep still or can’t attack due to omastar. It’s gross Using the newest jigglypuffs of course
@@Billchu13 Pokeball is one of the only searchers in this game, and with a max count of 2 copies of any card, it greatly increases the chances of you getting the basic you need early on, and thins your deck at the same time. There is no deck-out penalty, so the more cards you remove from your deck with searchers the better.
For a fun deck, I've been using a dual energy lately, what I like to call Fossil Rush. 2 helix Fossil 2 omanyte 2 omastar 2 dome Fossil 2 kabuto 2 kabutops 1 old amber 1 aerodactyl 1 meowth 2 professor research 2 Sabrina 1 Giovanni Every game you will start off with meowth. The goal is to at least try to get to your kabutops and omastar while draw as much as possible from meowth. Aerodactyl is here just in case you need a body to help stall for more time and / or obviously, if you get lucky with its move, it can disrupt your opponent's setup pokemon on the field. I recommend trying it out. It's not a meta deck by any means it's just pure fun that has won against a couple of meta decks here and there.
Had this exact same idea. Try these changes: -1 old amber -1 aerodactyl +1 Potion +1 Giovanni Giovanni is particularly good with Kabutops, since it increases your healing as well as damage.
After using this deck for about 5 days, I can confidently say that it's really inconsistent. There are games where you get a good Misty roll and win turn one with Articuno. But most of the time you tank a bunch of damage with Articuno and charge up your Omastars. But there are games where you never find a Helix fossil, Omanyte, or Omastar before your opponent sets up a Pikachu or Mewtwo. You can attack with Articuno of course, but it takes to long if you don't get a good Misty roll and soaks up too much damage to be a reliable attacker. There are stronger decks. There are more reliable decks. And there are funner decks to play. If Mewtwo Ex deck is 10/10, this deck is like a 7.5/10
Bro, you tried Melmetal with Butterfree? Stally tanky heal… liked that one, also a deck for doing the missions that require to stick to low rarity card decks
Play more games, fossils are op with starting rules. If your opponent got to draw a card for the times you miss a basic (like in paper) people wouldn't run so few basics. But with these mechanics, 2-4 basics is best.

In that first game, no. You shouldn't have red carded it. It's never good to red card turn 1. It is however great to red card after they use 1 or even 2 Research, meaning they won't be able to research as much or anymore after you redcard, and potentially you'll be getting rid of a TON more cards from their hand. Red carding when they have 4 cards means they lose 1 card, but you also lose 1 card, the one you played... So it's not a positive exchange. :3
Ran into this earlier and my pnly saving grace was playing double kabutops...was able to retreat and heal every turn until I eventually killed them off.
I'd Ditch Giovanni and the potions to add 2 articunos and the second pokeball. Mabey drop an Arti EX for something else, keep one to build up or for those cheeky misty starts. Basic arti is a better wall with a better retreat cost and prize cost.
I wanted to create a deck like this but with 2 of the omastar line, two promo jigglys, 2 regular lapras, and the regular water supporter cards. Can add wiggly ex if more mons are needed but they shouldnt be.
Things to take away from this video/deck 1.Omastar is a good late game win condition if you can set it up 2.Misty is op I feel like you should only be limited to 1 Misty card with how toxic it can be

At 19:35 you could have won if you used Sabrina instead of mist because you would kill his back Pokémon and then his bench you would have killed with the 10 damage and he couldn’t swap

-1 old amber

+1 Potion
+1 Giovanni
Giovanni is particularly good with Kabutops, since it increases your healing as well as damage.
18:53 could have won instantly with giovanni and 19:45 could have won instantly with sabrina
Real misplay in the diglet game had the win with Giovani and Sabrina turn after that gg though
That match against Diglett, you could have just Giovanni to defeat Diglett and win lol

Tried this deck and lost almost every round. Never pulling into a fossil. The one round I did I got red carded. The rng wasn't there for me.. poo poo
Maybe come back to it another day. Sometimes I just can’t win with a deck one day, then I go on a crazy winstreak the next.

I tried this with Greninja and now I know to add Articuno maybe even baby Articuno will be good for some paralysis

at 19:00 in the video, you could have instantly won against the piglet. You had Giovanni in hand and two available energy for articuno.
