Many Indixx businesses in Africa ordered goods from China with a small deposit. When goods arrived Africa, they would not cleared customs but just let it sit there until the end of the expiry date. They would bid it at a very low price in collusion with the customs people. Be alert whom you export to, if the owner is Indixx, you must charge 100% upfront.
If you visit India you better have enough change or the right change if you buy anything from an Indian street hawker and tells you it is 5 rupees, please pay him exactly 5 rupees. If you pay him 10 rupees, he will take your money and will never return you the change or differences. If you confront him for the change, he will tell you it is 10 rupees shamelessly. I wouldn't say every Indian street hawker behaves like this but majority of them are.

Following Western narratives , there are still many countries who see China as a bad country and the rest are good because they have democracy.
