It was a beautiful experiment and to share it with other people is also beautiful. I've watched like 3 versions now and they've all made me cry.

So is everything else, that has a negative impact on us, a copy. Its about the idea, and that deserves to be spread. But youre right that he could have put some own questions in it

This was originally a video about diversity, and you picked the whitest, least ethnically diverse population you could have. In the 2011 census, only 50% of Luton identified as white, with a strong Asian population (seriously, the Pakistani population was at 14.4% and the 6.7% identified as Bangladeshi ... that's 20% right there). And yet, your video basically shows white people, and doesn't reflect the community you're serving... so seriously. Do you REALLY support anyone, no matter who they are? Or is that just lip service, and really you only support white people?

Hi Elly - thank you for watching our video, and thank you for your comments 😊 This video was made by our small Real Estate Company in Canberra, Australia using about 80% of the staff who were able to attend that day.
In 2011 our company did not have those statistics you quoted, however I believe the city of Luton in England may have - in fact according to the Wikipedia article you cited, Luton has had a white British population less than 50% in 2011! Luton (in England) does appear to have a majority white population as there are many non-British white people such as the Irish and Eastern Europeans, including people of other ethnicities.
This kind of reflects our staff; not everyone is Australian by birth but they are all welcomed for the skills and attributes they bring to the Company- all the people in the video are talking about what makes us the same, not what sets us apart.
Really sorry you got confused about the different Lutons - mind you, if anyone in Luton England wants to buy a house, we’d be more than happy to help. Have a lovely day, and again, thanks for watching.

Okay, that’s fair that you’re Australia based and not England based (apologies, my bad) but, I still feel that you’re missing the point - does the make up of your company reflect the diverse composition of the COMMUNITY you serve? Not the composition of your company, or your clients. I know that Australia is more diverse than 98% (ish, based on a guess from your video) white. Which, if this is reflective of your company make up, makes me feel like either your recruiting processes aren’t inclusive, or you choose not to hire diverse, both of which are rubbish. Obviously they are assumptions (same with my previous assumption about your location) but I can’t help but feel like if this video is reflective of the make up your company, then your company is not ethnically diverse or inclusive to cultures other than white. And that’s just unaustralian.
