- In today's episode, I decided it was time to buy our first commercial warehouse space for the company!! We are going to do a full remodel on the building and make it look exactly how we want it!! You should do glass for the office walls same for the office doors but the rest drywall and hardwood floors

I've been watching since your drywall video on your house! your an amazing guy and I'm so happy to see you perusing in your business! what do you need the most in your space there? you should definitely give Paul an office! make that back warehouse area bigger because you really don't need that much living space! and make sure you have a bathroom area like you said. a place to shower because its constriction! and a conference table wouldn't be a bad idea!!! that's just my suggestion! i cant wait to see what you do to it. im sure whatever you do will be amazing as always

Congratulations brother! As a cabinet maker and installer myself I really enjoy and miss seeing this side of construction, remodels especially!
My suggestion would be conference table in the front and glass half walls take the ceiling out exposed beams in the ceiling so it can look taller. I would make that entire left side a add on garage brick the front and make it a tinted glass garage door. The back room could stay that way but maybe run 2 smaller systems on the left and the right side

It might not work with the utilities situation, but I’d strongly recommend putting a nice looking garage door on the front. Have office stuff on the right side and warehouse (or flex) space on the left.

Conference room/ maybe a kitchenette on the right side when u walk in. That way u can always have sum drinks/snacks there. If you or Paul wanted your own personal office I’d put it on the front left side. And the “with god all things are possible” cut it out and frame it and hang it up in ur new office. Then turn the back half all into a garage space. Just insulate it realy well

Ok here’s what I would do personally. I would keep that first front room where u walk-in to as a waiting room, put some couches chairs maybe a fire please, Tv.. take down the wall to the kitchenet go for open Vibe. keep the two rooms but do glass walls and doors one can be an office and one can be a conference room and and do a glass front door as well

Nick wouldn’t it be better to demo it all and build one of those tall metal shop buildings with huge roll up doors ? You already have water electricity and plumbing there

How many rooms do you guys need? The kitchenette wall can be knocked down to give more space and have an area in the far wall, allowing room for a table and a board/projector to be set up.

The space in the back can have the hanger door and be where everything is stored. Bigger construction equipment and a tool mounting area to keep things neat
Hahaha literally I hit them in the same spot like 3 times a day 😂 I think we may go with 2 offices for me and Paul then that conference area!! Definitely need the area for the tools to be nice and spacious as well!!
Whatever you do also consider resale in the future, I know you’re going to out grow that in a few years and having something many different smaller company’s can fit into only helps you. Ditch that ceiling do whatever work you need to do above ceiling and paint it all black. I’d say two offices and a decent conference room. It’s not cheap but glass walls or large interior windows are definitely in right now. Go masculine and modern, it’ll be a great place to have agents and lenders come over for paperwork.

Already built plans table! Also, the fire Marshal might have fit with a skid steer parked inside. Just saying. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Unless they separate the office area from the warehouse area with firewall maybe? Commercial remodel definitely a bit trickier than residential might need to get architect involved
