I’ve been watching these videos for a while now, and I’ve grown to have high expectations when coming into them. Let me just say that you manage to knock it out of the park every time, sir. I love that you give the musical and historical context of the tune before diving right into it. You play fearlessly, and it’s truly inspiring to this musician. I’m a guitar player. Your channel has become one of my favorites and I always look forward to new content. Keep it up man!
Thanks for such a wonderful comment, and I'm challenging myself as well with these videos. I really appreciate the fact that you're watching my videos and that you "get" them. Good luck with your guitar playing :)
Thank you Ron! I appreciate you taking us through this awesome Journey, and also staying with the Top view really helps, I can learn a lot by listening to you play
I'm glad you're finding the notes helpful, Larry. I'm going back and putting them in for the whole series. I've completed about 50 of them at this point.

Thanks for sharing! I bet they're gonna cancel the Summer Arts Festival in Fairbanks this year. What a shame too.
Ha! Good one! Yeah, we'll see what happens with the festival this year. Fingers crossed.
the part at 9:43 sounds absolutely stunning- does somebody know how to do this?
Thanks! It's actually pretty easy. You play a 4th and a major second, like D G A, and shimmer them. Have fun with this!
@@rondrotoskeyboardimprov9453 thanks so much!
Do you put in drums afterwards
No but that's a good idea!
