God made two covenants with Avraham, the brit haLashon (the tongue) between the 10 fingers and the covenant of the reproductice organ between the 10 toe fingers (Sefer Yetzira), both are directly in the middle of the body and are our atenna's to holiness. When we protect our antenna's we amplify our connection to God, when we damage G forbid our antrnna's (by misusing our reproductive organ or our speech) we damage our connection to holiness/God's Oneness.
