- On today's monstrous menu is a weird but enjoyable cuttlefish (as long as you don't mind seafood infected with aliens), Gezora!

The opening music is "A Famous Monster I Want To Be" by The Rhythm Coffin. Развлечения
Pretty much all of my knowledge on Gezora for the longest time was his appearance in the original Godzilla NES film as one of the first bosses
Sadly that's still probably the way most people know him, other than his original film appearance (which is pretty hard to track down on DVD) and a 0.005 second stock footage cameo in Godzilla: Final Wars.
I think in the Japanese version, the cast does use the name of Yog for that alien (after the alien tells Makato when he talks over his body). The movie is fun for what it is. At least it has a decent pace. Shame the Gezora mechanics for operating the eyes broke right before shooting. Certainly did give the monster a very sleepy or "high" look to him. Still, it's pretty fun.
You did a wonderful job on the texture on this guy though. Love all the lines and what not.
Interesting! I never knew the eyelids were supposed to move at all (unless if you meant 'eye mechanics' as in the lightbulbs inside of the eyes, a common Tsuburaya trick).
As for the Yog name being in the Japanese version I've never noticed it before (not that I have the greatest of attention spans). It also makes me wonder if Lovecraft had any influence in Japan, either then or now.
yog is the name of the space amoeba
Is that established in the English dub? I'm not sure if it's in the Japanese version, but I haven't watched either in a while.
