When I saw the title I thought it's gonna to be the next boring detective drama. Well, I was SO WRONG. Right now I love Chang Yi's acting and I think that this is one of my favourite drama. It's drama with great friendships, plot twists, true problems, and sensable solutions. I am addicted😂
tbh this drama is def one of the best ones to date this year - its giving ancient times team sherlock energy, and the complicated past of each character and the fight direction is sooo gorgeous to watch!
The 3 male leads made this drama. So hilariously funny and excellent chemistry. Don’t think there is another bromance wuxia C-drama that is comparable to Mysterious Lotus Casebook.
I loved this show because I love investigative dramas, especially historical with no romance ... It just depicted team work and there was no boring moment. So does anyone know any other such show?
Omg i just said the same thing. Both character lost their martial arts skills due to poison and the other character is funny and naive.. they have really similar plot also the actors looks so similar. what a coincidence 😂 similar drama u should check out Heroes its on RUclips its by the same actor joseph zeng.
Poor Li LianHua. He must be the descendent of the Team One Good Deed a Day trio in the distant future if he always get caught in the center of the attention

The Ingenious One, Under the Power, The Imperial Coroner, The Sleuth of Ming Dynasty, the Detective Dee Movies. But there are a lot of other dramas.

I wish they made Joy Of Life like the book. The book is a lot better.
