    Priming time starts when you activate the primer, time stops when water is coming out of a discharge. NFPA 1911 States for a pumper less than 1500 GPM, priming should take no longer than 30 seconds, a 1500 GPM pumper or more should take no longer than 45, and allot another 15 seconds if you are using 2x 4" hard suctions or larger.

    then what happened?
    Where is your correction factor? at full flow, shouldn't you be running at around 145 psi?
