I feel like one of the last people who swear by ESPs F Series, my F250 is by far my favorite guitar ever owned. Like it more than any Gibson I've owned and my PRS SE 24.

@@KarlMcMAn aww man... well, hey - new love comes around the corner - & the SG is an iconic piece, so fear nought! - I have it in mind to do a replica of his Black Les Paul from the Show No Mercy period. Little chains and blood splatter. I got a Vee real cheap off a guy meddling with crackle finish - he kinda screwed it up a bit, but it looks Kerry King as fvck! He let me have it for £100, and in terms of spec, its easy a £700 guitar. It is a lucky thing, coz to my eye it looks the nuts!!! If ya wanna look its on me channel, as is some stuff about that old Hanneman Les Paul. I sold all my awesome stuff, back 20 years ago, lost in the pit of addictions. But I'm restored, and the last few years, I've re-built, and done it on a tight budget - but I've managed to get stuff I'm real happy with. If you want some kinda Hanneman tribute guitar, you'll get one together man, don't you worry! - you know, I really oughta think about some kind of SG in the armoury. They are a unique sound.
@@espguitarsusa I would think that someone from the 80’s would’ve held a similar record since not as many musicians are as talented now; I like a lot of your roster and overall the company the most for guitars though Schecter is pretty good too since they’re owned by the same person, but I’ve experienced more problems with other well-known brands.

Completely aside of the quality and reliability and phenomenally cool designs, ESP/LTD understand what most companies do not...Customer Service.
Not much. Quality is top tier across both. The only real difference in what they can offer seems to be that the JP shop seems to do more carved wood, while the USA shop seems to specialize more in exotic finishes.
ESP USA has SS Frets, natural binding, way more limited in terms of models, different finishes, don't know if you can get them to make the same as Japan CS. The crazy guitars you see at Namm are from Japan.
I have a black snakebite and its a great geeeetar .Great action and active pu's .It's BADAASS I really love the body design and neck and action .The younger generation are leaning now more toward fender and esp and less towards gibson which haven't been up to date with new models since the slash model . Plus price wise Gibson's are unaffordable in these times of inflation . Don't get me wrong my fav axes are still the Gibson 175's and L4 +L5 archtop jazzboxes .
ESP LTD make great guitars...just wish they would move the volume knob like Jackson did on their made in Japan guitars. That's the main reason I spent $2k on the Jackson vs an ESP.
I wish they would come up with an economical (Cheapo version!!!! $500-$900 price range) Akira Takasaki Random Star guitar like the one Akira used during the Thunder In The East era 1985-86 period!!!!😀 To me those guitars were the bomb man!!!! They looked so cool and mean looking!!!! The guitars Akira used looked similar to the guitar Eddie Van Halen used during the 1980 Invasion Tour!!!! The explorer / star shaped guitar with the Dan Electro head stock neck and Floyd Rose whammy bar!!!!🙂😊😀😄😃 ESP and LTD always produced high quality guitars that rival if not out due and out perform the Charvel/Jackson guitars and put the over priced overated Gibson guitars to shame!!!!
Since they now offer stainless steel frets, it seems like they'd use graphite nuts instead of plastic. GraphTech TUSQ nuts would be even better. I installed a TUSQ nut on both of my LTD's and they sound so much better without the plastic nut.

Im still using my green 1987 phoenix, ( firebird). 35 year old esp and never had a problem with it
