Tip for the biking one: just stand up. 1: it puts more pressure to go fast 2: it’s easy. If you weren’t allowed to do that then go like your going right left right left like walking, then put pressure on the paddles and for sure it will make you much faster. *SORRY IF IT DOSENT HELP IM NOT A PRO*
