Thank you for your video of the streets of Ronda. It brought back some wonderful memories of my tour of Andalucia in October, 2018. I think that in your video you could have mentioned in a caption or two the historical significance of the two oldest bridges (Puente Viejo and Puente Arabe) as well as the nearby old gate, Arco de Felipe V, which at one time acted as the main entrance to the city. As an added comment, I was disappointed that you did not include one of my favorite spots in Andalucia (along with Plaza Boticas in Arcos de la Frontera and the Alhambra in Grenada): the Plaza de Maria Auxiliadora which is located at the south end of Calle Tenorio (the first street south of the New Bridge). When I visited this plaza there were very few tourists, the plaza was nicely shaded from the hot sun and I really enjoyed a musician playing his guitar. There is a tapas bar located only a few steps away. What a place to have lunch or just sit and relax!
Hi, Brian, thanks for stopping by. Actually we filmed at the Plaza de Maria Auxiliadora and many other corners in Ronda. But those will be included in another episode of visiting the historic center of Ronda. So not in this drive-though episode. That one will come soon. I hope you like it too. 😀
I spend a week there. It is the most beautiful place with great people, food, drink, and scenery. When I retire I want to move to Ronda.
Buatifull place indeed
